Warning - OFF TOPIC:

I have an attorney already working on a case for me, so I thought I would forward this thread and the email in question to him and ask his opinion on disclosing personal information .... it took him more than a day to get back to me .... He was actually more interested in the personal threats posted, but he advised me to send the email to Admin privately instead of publishing here

So I have forwarded Admin SnakeEyes' email in a PM and I would send the same email to SnakeEyes in a PM, but I am only allowed to send PMs to Admin now, not SnakeEyes (I guess you have to be a Founding Member to send PMs ??) ... I have emailed SnakeEyes several times on this issue without response

Anyone that has dealt with an attorney before knows it takes time for them to research and respond - they usually only jump immediately for big clients and I am probably one of his smallest clients

... and anyone that knows me knows that I do not make allegations without proof and neither do I post anything without due diligence

.... Now, let's go back to Craps related issues

Kindly send the ADMIN of this board the emails that you claim to have sent me 6 times and were NOT received because YOU state that I blocked YOU -

THE HEADERS on these messages should reflect what you state -

I would like to resolve this matter - once and for all - and to do so publicly -

Either Harley is lying - OR - $nakeEye$ is lying -

It was YOU who sent me an email inviting me to join this forum -

It is your forum that continually sends me updates -

YOUR forum - YOU - have MY email address associated with this forum -

I have ONLY ONE email server at present - I dropped the second one when we relocated to Nevada at the end of Nov. 2014 -

I would be most interested in seeing where this ( these ) messages originated from -

Aside from the email address - there is also a unique IP address associated with them -

I had to block certain IP addresses from my web-site due to SPAM -

So I am somewhat familiar with email protocol -

I will gladly provide YOU with whatever info is necessary - for BOTH email accounts -

So YOU can compare the IP addresses from which these ' so called messages ' originated -

Also - as OTHERS - including myself - might pursue further litigation in this matter -

I respectfully request to be privy to ALL documentation provided by " Harley " !

Also ascertain what IP address is associated with that account - personal computer ID - and date that it was created -

Just a quick reminder - it's easy to slip up in the course of posting a trip report and name one of your table mates by his given name. But most of us use "handles" on the forum because we don't want to risk the casinos figuring out who we are. Admittedly, guys like me, Howard, and Dice Coach aren't going to do a very good job of keeping our identities secret, since our names and photos are all over the Internet. But when writing a trip report please remember to use any other players you include in your reports by their casino handles. Thanks.

My only comment on all of this is:

What is really funny about this whole thing is the subject of the original post (by me) and why I made it. The topic is "Why I don't post on unmoderated/uncensored forums" or something to that effect. And the thread has become a perfect example of "why."

Admin y don't you have SnakeEyes and Harley's post's sent directly to you. That way WE don't have to read these. I don't mind difference of opinions, but I would rather read posts that deal with the subj at hand on this here forum. I certainly don't want to know SnakeEyes or Harley's e-mail accts. So please don't post them on this forum. Mostly because I don't think either one of them want other people to know their e-mail accts. Both of them have information that can benefit many of us that want to learn more about craps. At least I do. Just sayin.
