In my life I have known several small whales as well as some big ones. And as for just human nature the richest man I ever knew was not a casino gambler. I bring him up because of his life style. This elderly man would sit in an apartment with no air in hot summer weather in front of a fan at a folding card table with a notebook and phone. Oh, by the way he owned the apartment building as well as the other surrounding apartment buildings. He had a woman living in a house he bought her with her children. He paid all her bills gave her an allowance. Would have dinner on wednesday night get laid and not see her again till next week. He ate every meal except for that dinner in a restaurant he owned. He bought and drove a new top line pickup every year said he could write it off. Paid for him and his drinking buddy to go out and drink every Friday night. The rest of his time was spent sweating his ass off using that phone to beat every nickel out of every deal he made.

The reason I bring him up is one thinks if they made millions they would never live like that. That nature is why he had millions. He could beat your price down till it hurt you, your workers, your families, and to him it was good business.
