Lounge Lies and relationship to redemption

Just a note on telling lies, especially with somebody in business offering goods or services.

I do run a business and I found with my employees that if they lie and when caught in a lie if they admit it, almost every time myself and my managers will give them a second or even a third chance.

But those that do not admit it, apologize and give us the lowdown on the reason why they lied are definitely going to get fired in the upper 90% every time.

Yes there is redemption for many but not with the continual lies, cheating, and scamming of a gross and ugly nature.

More serious...I grew up with this as a family policy. So long as I was 100% honest about something I had done wrong I never got in trouble. I was required not to do it again, of course, but I always got at least ONE-FREE-PASS.

Reading your post actually made me think of my parents and tear up a little. I wish you all could have known them.

 

Oh and don’t forget to mention that the taliban have now stopped ALL COVID vaccinations in that country.
