I'm sorry but this isnt true. There a many occasions when one of those unhit numbers from the first cycle will not show in the second 37 spins.

Also if you calculate the average numbers that havent hit in cycle 1 and you bet them all in cycle 2. You will get 1:37. Pick the first one it will be 1:37 pick the last one it will be 1:37.

I've tested these all in excel for thousand of cycles and they all will fall back to 1:37

 

Turbo has given so much to explore in the past 15 years, that if you dig deep enough you will find the awnser to all. But no one is willing to test test test and test until a light bulb goes on in your head.
