I'd be glad to share my method. It's been working for I guess about a year. I have been reading this forum for a few years, but I have never posted. Before this method I have been doing, I was doing a OG with a bankroll of 2500 units. I had two of those bankrolls and I was making
50 units a day, but when one of them busted, I gave up on that and it was to long and grinding for me. I'm no professional and don't claim to be anything special. My method has been going good for a while now, and I hope it continues for a while longer.

a bit of background. Lost my job running a small golf course over a year ago at age 49 and had a paid off small house in the Desert of the Southwest. I lost everything in a divorce accept the small house. I had a state retirement fund with a small 40 grand in it I took out and had no income but a few golf lessons now and then. Then after reading these forms for the last few years, I tried various progressions, but each time I would eventually give it all back. The regulars on here are so smart , way smarter than I am and I would read their stuff over and over, and sometimes I couldn't even understand what they are talking about. So what I am doing may be stupid and it may be lucky, but oh well, I have tons of time and need to make a living and I don't want to move from my paid off house in the country.

Haha don't even mention the shanks, that will be next!!

We have a poster here named @Jae who does really well with a special Baccarat OG he developed, but I couldn't get it to stick for me when I fooled around with it. I lost two smaller bankrolls during testing and that combined with how grindy it was made me leave it behind.

Sorry to hear about the layoff and divorce, all you need is the dog to die and you'd have the sad-sack trifecta. You seem to be in good spirit though, and that's all that matters.

I don't make much money, but enough to get by on with no debt.

My betting selection is I always bet banker, no reason, I just do. I'm sure player works just as good. I just bet banker to repeat, if two players in a row show I wait until banker shows again and bet to repeat. If a big zig zag hits I wait it out and wait for banker, and sometimes after bad runs, I wait for 2 banks to hit before I start again on banker.

The thing i read online that a guy said once was: Is that you can beat an even money game if you win more when you win that what you loose when you loose. I believe that at least thus far.

My method is simple but it takes some cojones. I use to play very scared, and get very worried when I had like a 10 unit bet or more with other method, but then I said the hell with it and I was going to use a bankroll and a big bankroll and not be afraid to risk it all when I started this new method.

I did not invent this way to pay, many of the smart guys on here probably know all about this method and why it doesn't work and the math and such, but to me, if it ain't broke I will ride the horse till it dies.

So I got me a big bankroll, 10,000 units. and my unit play is $1.00. so that is why i can only play at a few of the online casinos that allow USA
players. I have a couple of these big bank rolls, now if one busts, I don't know if I have the balls to do it again, because I am poor now and unemployed. I only make $3,000 a month on this system, but that's all I need, I live a very quiet life, I just go for walks and play golf at a cheap small golf course, and have no debt. I guess a guy could start this with a 3,000 bankroll idk? I have no idea but the bets get high sometimes really fast.

All I do betting one unit (of $1.00 unit) is bet banker if I win I go in a win progression, I have tried many different ones like 1,2,2,4,8,16,22,25
or anything along those lines. And go until it breaks. The goal is a like a OG to win one unit and start a new series, if i go on a win streak always remember your highest $ amount you were at. and that become my new high point.

and the other part is when I loose the beginning bet of the series that is $1.00. I continue to bet the 1 unit bet over and over if I am loosing (unless to stop due to two players in a row which happens many many times) now is where the fun part starts and it gets crazy especially if you happen to be a very scared better like I was. Once I win one bet, I add up all the losses that I am down since the start of the series and add it up and add 1 unit to it or $1.00 for the next bet. Yes I know it is crazy, I don't really care, I am surprised and shocked that it has worked for me.
Hence the huge bankroll! The bets can get crazy many units, and sometimes crazy fast, but unlike the OG that took sometimes in big hole many wins in row to get out of this one gets back in 2 wins. The table needs a very large spread to do and you have to believe that you will always get back I use a 1-5000 spread at the online red and black different casinos. Am I just lucky? time will tell but I did make that backup bankroll. So only time will tell.

oh and I forgot to say if am like for example 12 units down after I loose a long string of 1 units bets and then win a bet, I will raise the bet to 13 make up the total loss down plus 1. Yes, it can get insane!, but I hate the OG anymore and this recovers so far over and over again, if you have the balls and unafraid money. At the OG i was making like maybe 10 units an hour, this is much better than that. I have 2 bankrolls, one is house money I have nothing left to loose and if i go to broke I have to move to the city and get a stressful job, so for now we will see where it goes. I'm about ready to try $2.00 units, and this would make okay with $2.00's if it continues to work.

Thanks for taking the time to explain your method. Never tried anything like that, but it seems interesting, I'll test it out. Hope you keep winning and thanks!

Jesus Christ. If you are going to do that you are better off doing something to the likes of deploying a custom multiple bank 5-step martingale.

Other poster last year had a decent one. You MUST have a decent bet selection that doesn't have constant bets per hour. together then you start however amount you like to your current bankroll. 1-2-4-8-16. If you bust out you step your sequence up 2-4-8-16-32. until you gain back your lost bankroll then step back down. You can scale it up 3 tiers. But if you are getting to the 3rd tier your bet selection is honestly not great.

if your bet selection is decent the odds you are going to lose 3 Isolated 5 step martingale's is slim.
The more you keep flipping heads over and over the least likely it will continue on.

If you were too do something like this. I would recommend a bet selection that says something DOESN'T occur again versus that it does. That logic is supported by probability. You also DON'T want to blow your entire 3 bankroll 5 step marty down the drain on 1 event. Such as some wild 15 streak of bankers. So only take 1 shot out of each streak.

Basically if you have a decent amount of bankroll set aside there are wiser ways to approach it then your current predicament. Most gamblers biggest problem is not having enough bankroll to withstand the drawdowns. It sounds like you got a decent bankroll so you should be crushing it.

I'm not saying the above martingale is some holy grail. I personally don't use martingale's because they can be vicious to say the least. I'm a firm believer there is no holy grail bet selection based from a sequence of past data. If there was it would have been found by the countless pattern recognition software that people have put against the game over the years trying to find a flat betting grail.

But there are better bet selections then others that utilize math in there logic. They will boil down to 50/50 over thousands/millions of hands but your PRIMARY concern is losses in a row.

Wish you continued success this can be a tough way to make a living if you let it. But I wouldn't trade it for anything. The money is good the hours are good. The freedom even better.

Personally, I'd be wary of Martingaling, as it wouldn't take long for one to find oneself down an ocean without a paddle. If there's a Martingale strategy that works over the long term though, great. Martingaling can be short, sharp, and very lucrative in that case.

After a year or more of analysing negative progression systems I do seem to have come up with a workable strategy. It's a bit of a grind, but it seems to beat the dealer without any need for AP.

The fact that it's a bit of a grind, tells me that the ability to beat the house edge is not easy. It's a fine line that requires a sophisticated variation of a negative progression strategy.

All 'known' negative progression systems seem to fall down, but there are variations of the negative progression strategies that can work, if one is prepared to put in the countless hours and test variations of the negative progression systems, to try and come up with a system that wins over the long term.

No, I won't be giving away the system I've come up with, but I can explain how people can tinker with the known systems, to try and come up with a winnable system of their own.

I do something similar with my tiered series betting. You can evaluate where you are at the end of a series and pick up there. For instance, if you play a best of five series starting with one unit. In the first series you lose three of your first four, meaning you’ve already lost that series and you’re down 2 units. Assume that you can win 3 of your next five. Since that is a net win of 1 hand, that hand could be 2 units to recover your previous losses. You could even win that first hand and be even, in which case you could step down. Or if you decided you wanted to profit, then bet 3 units on your next series. If you win your first hand you could step down as well. Many ways to skin that cat but for me that keeps it safe if there’s a long losing streak. Preventing it from affecting you further could be using a seven-bet or nine-bet sequence. Possibilities are endless. You just want to minimize those losses while capitalizing on a nice winning streak.

    Spot-on, cps10; you've got it.

    Just one thing:

You mention..."preventing it from affecting you further could be using a seven-bet or nine-bet sequence"...; trust me on this, cps10, the best and most proficient use of this sort of tier betting is the seven-bet sequence. Not three, not five, and not nine....seven is best.

I'll refer you to my "Gr8Player's Progression" for more on that...it's been posted on most of these gaming forums and you might even be able to simply "google" it for more information. I'm rather confident that you'll find it very informative and helpful, especially for your stated money-management preferences.

Take care and stay well, all.

gr8player: great minds think alike. I have been working on something like this for the better part of a decade. I’m sure I have seen your posts to further my inspiration and for that I thank you immensely. You have contributed to my success!!

I will certainly keep the 7-bet series in mind. That does sound like it’s most optimal. After all, that’s what Major League Baseball uses for its championships, right!

Will enjoy working with you in the future if you would like. Be well my friend and good luck in your gaming ventures this weekend!

I do not wish to be a nay sayer, but I would like to caution you. Due to the low hold and relatively flat fluctuation curve of baccarat it is possible to win over the course of an entire year even if you aren't playing with an edge. Simple variance can explain your results (not saying that's what it is). I knew a guy that won three years in a row playing a system that had no merit. He quit his job and moved here from Canada only to go completely bust in six months.

All I'm suggesting is that you take "results" with a grain of salt and not fall pray to the possible mental trap of causation without correlation.

It's fine to know what happened, but in any endeavor involving a random element you need to be especially mindful of "WHY" it happened, when the why can simply be, because it did.

3 out of 100 people are expected to win over the course of a FULL-YEAR playing baccarat doing nothing right.

The sequence of death that kills all your progress is out there. If your timing is such that you missed it then that is luck. Even Reading Randomness, good luck hunting, has a sequence of death. All speculation on the illusions of trends or patterns has a way for it to lose. You look for a lucky streak and then you bet a real bet on it. There is a bad luck thing that can happen and does at times. All your first attempt bets can lose in a swarm of tries. And you can have back to back lost sessions of the same phenomenon. To simplify this. RR does not always work. But it also lets you know that you are aware that there are swarms of lost first attempt bets. You can wait until this ends and come back when it is gone. But with a progression you can't know when things will kill it all.

That makes sense. So how do you approach playing this game? Can you beat it? I wonder where one would go to learn about real and lasting
    knowledge that could beat baccarat?

If baccarat were beatable it would not be offered at any casino.

Maintain strict discipline and pay attention to the losses the winnings are taking care of themselves .

    Cheers.

    Hello!

Since you are playing online, do you have any issues doing regular withdrawal. Will they allow you to withdraw regularly? I heard that some
online casinos will not allow you to win regularly.

    Thanks
