    Had to be Ignatus.

I used to practice RX code by downloading his versions and then reverse engineering them with more realistic limits and progressions. I think he tried to do your Complete-a-Street and 4-numbers methods in RX Ken, but I can't recall.

Good guy, he actually helped me progress out of what I now look back at as "the nonsense period" of my Roulette learning

Cocaine is a hell of a drug, but I wouldn't know because Ignatus didn't leave any for the rest of us...:D

This spike guy, posted a lot in those forums claiming a 72% win rate on R and B, must have loads of 100% winning sessions to get a hit-rate of 72% in the long run.

Do the zero or double Zero not exist where you play?

Would you like that explained to you? Maybe not. He waits for what he is looking for to be working, "waiting for it to be playing your game." He's saying that he wins 72% of the times because he waits for the condition to already be working. Why place bets when it's not working? And sense you don't believe it, it's 82% certain that you won't get this. That's good too. The world needs more suckers than know-it-alls.

Why would you bet if you know for a fact that you'll probably lose. It's like when you go hunting you just don't fire your gun at random into the woods hoping to hit a deer. You'll wait till you actually see the deer, duh. I can't count the number of times when I'm playing and say, the second dozen is sleeping for like 12 or 15 spins. In the casino this is like half an hour or more. Yet the crowded table keeps covering all the numbers in the second dozen being totally oblivious to the fact that it's sleeping. A sleeper is just another trend, bet with the trend and you can only lose once. In this case that would be avoiding betting on the second dozen. If you try and wise somebody up they will always say it's due to hit. Sure it is, you just have no idea when. So save your money.

Just as an aside . That sleeping dozen can be very easily eliminated by the {"Follow the dozen method ".

Just by keeping 2 dozens on the move .

ONE dozen only is a bankroll killer as I pointed out in another post.
