    It should not be and isn't on our end. Could you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    Thank you. Support for Windows XP ended years ago, so maybe that has something to do with it.

    At any rate, no one else is reporting this issue, and you mentioned in your previous post that it seems to be fixed now, but please do let us know if it happens again and we'll look into again for you.
