Yep, that's how it works for the people I have on ignore. Yet I still have other people screaming at me that I don't have anybody on ignore. How the hell would they know.

If I thought I could make a living playing 15 or 20 hours a week I would give it a go. But I can't do it and I'm not interested in spending the time it takes in a casino to make a living. Players that I know who I'm making a living are spending easily 40 hours or more a week in the casino.

As JK mentioned. Better to get a job get health insurance save money.

I hate spending even one hour in a casino. For years I only went to the casino to keep my wife from losing a ton of money in the slots and I played very little myself. This is all long before I discovered roulette. So it's planted in my mind that casinos are full of losers and the place reeks of negativity to me because of all the sturm and drang I had to go through with my wife over the years over getting her to leave. So the thought of spending 10 or 20 or 40 hours a week in the casino is extremely repulsive to me. Also I can only concentrate for an hour and I'm done, which is about the average for most people who do something that requires a lot of paying attention. I think I told the story here that about 25 years ago 1am and my wife wouldn't leave so I took her 1/3 full bucket of quarters and threw it and it hit a slot machine exploded quarters flying everywhere. Guess what, she left after that. Yes I have a negative view of casinos.

    Greetings:
I usually try to cover my expenses with winnings whenever I go to a Resort. If I win enough to cover a rental car and the room and meals, if it's a break-even proposition I think it's a good time. I haven't played enough in recent years to have anything comped, but once I had suites and meals comped... I once had an entire Golf Club Hotel comped one night during the Christmas season , at least me and my long time companion were the only ones staying there. It was really decked out in the Christmas decor a beautiful time we still laugh and talk about on occasion reminiscing.

me gut says no one on this forum has been making living or win consistently over the years
my guess you played for 30min or made 500ish bets and won
play 5,000 or 500k and come back to us

I don’t make a living off it - in fact playing for a living sounds drab and boring. But I consistently win. I don’t break the bank and I do lose some but overall I have won at least in past several years. Occasionally I’ll have a five-figure day but they are rare and everything has to be going right.

There are people who make regular income from bacarat and even roulette. They are not recreational gamblers.

Don't care if you don't believe it, just because you may not have worked out a reliable method doesn't make it impossible. Despite the overwhelming number of losers there are a few consistent winners and it's nothing to do with luck.

Are you likely to replicate their success? No.

Most won't have the personality to play for a living nor the intellect to separate the niave wishful thinking and gambling nonsense folklore from the things that actually matter.

They are advantage players. You can't make a living using the bullshit systems found on forums, or anywhere else for that matter.

And by "advantage player" I don't mean reading randomness, educated guessing, etc...

Exactly. If you are a legitimate AP and somebody who claims to know what they're doing asks you why you aren't rich, you can dismiss them immediately. They know nothing about what being a legitimate AP is all about.

Translation: you can't do it so nobody can do it. I do it every day, every single day. Both reading random and educated guessing and it's about as AP as you can get. The advantage you can get is gigantic.
