Yes - the first person baccarat. There was a time when I was playing the game just reading the shoe and doing really, really well. All of a sudden for like what seemed like 6 weeks I couldn't win a single hand. That might just be losers bias in my head but it seems like after you win X amount the game totally changes.

The other issue I had is that I would take about 30 free hands to start each of the six shoes to see what patterns there were etc and play from there. If I saw something I liked I would go to play the shoe and bet. Except after the cards were dealt the entire board changed. I managed to repeat the issue a few times and recorded it. Was told that it was a "glitch" and the board was "stuck" or never cleared correctly. For what it's worth I still have the videos saved.

 

The glitch stuff sounds troubling. That's not a very satisfactory answer from them. I would demand my losing back if any and I would use that comment as justification.

I played it a bunch of times and as usual I won money just like I do in the casino. The thing that struck me about it was the number of long runs that appeared and seemingly every single shoe. Sure I see them in life play. Usually I don't play that many shoes but I monitor six or eight shoes live at the casino. And I get lots of shoes that don't have a lot of extraordinary long runs like 10 -15 chops or 10 to 15 straight runs..

I don't play patterns like that so it doesn't really change my game that much. I opted in for the bonus which I don't recommend for people because of the play through requirements. It was kind of a pain getting through the playthrough requirements when you're only getting 10% of your bet that goes toward the bonus but I managed. And I'm also glad that I'm not getting any more bonuses. LOL

I have mixed feelings about it but then again I have no option to play Evolution gaming live. So I'll probably continue. But I keep my bass bit slow on these games because they make me nervous.

 

"First Person" is RNG with 3D animation. I would recommend betting only the Live tables.

 

I notice that also, long streaks and chops sometimes in the Live Evolution shoes. I think maybe it is the hand shuffle?

 

Yeah this really gets back to the old controversy doesn't it? Being an old blackjack player and witnessing super Shuffles without plugs or small pics and crummy washes I get the idea that cards not only Clump but can produce different types of patterns in the game of Baccarat. I don't know what the wash and Shuffle procedure is for evolution gaming live or when they introduce new cards to overcome possible poor Shuffles. Knowing that would give an idea.

But even if I did I don't think it would make a difference in terms of the numbers of P or B were produced. I kept track of the RNG evolution for number of shoes and it seemed to be in line with what one would expect in terms of the numbers of players are banks.

I don't know the answer Fathead. I always think that maybe I'm just dealing with selective memory when I look at some of these shoes.

They have so many shoes going at one time, when I go to the lobby and look around maybe the extremes are the ones that catch my eye. I saw one shoe this morning that started with 10 Players. Another that was pretty much all chop with maybe 2 or 3 twos mixed in. You can often see the shuffle going on to the left of the dealer on the screen. Looks like a pretty simple hand shuffle.

I am not sure about long twos. I need to watch for those, maybe you could use Follow Decision Before Last if there were not too many twos. I am sure they are there, I am just not noticing them.

 

I've eyeball tested over 10 000 shoe offer by the Evolution Gaming and the streaks signature for those shoe is the same as shoe I buck up against at mortar and brick joints. Yer right when you attribute it to seeing more shoe and the unusual streaky shoe stand out. I was testing 50 shoe per day but at mortars and brick joint I would only see six shoe per day so just all about perspective, hey hey.

 

In theory, once a card is out of the deck it's out, isn't it? Not like BJ where it reshuffles after each hand..

I would NEVER buck up against any rng style baccarats game cuz IMHO they are nothing more than the glorify slots-machine. And make no sense as there are plenty of legit live dealt online game to be found, hey hey.

 

I get that...where I play online they only offer two live baccarat games, while the first person bacc seems to give more options...

 

if you were confident that it was a virtual shoe and the cards were dealt out like a live shoe would be, it might be okay. I have to say, though, I have tested live shoes and virtual shoes under simulation and they seem different to me. I will always prefer live.

 

you said you tested them. What was different?

 

One would think they are supposed to be right? Wouldn't the casinos get in trouble with the gaming board if it wasn't?
