Horse Racing Fair play ?

I was 50/50 with someone on an online gambling bookies unbeknown to me I was placing 100% of my bets on this site while the person I was half's with was taking my winnings going onto another site and doing 99% of his bets on that site I told him that's wrong but he says it's his money I need people to reply honestly to this thread to show them he's a snidy
