For the testing you're doing I would grab a stick of dice and just chuck em.

 

Lol. Yeah. I did that years ago. I still have 2 pair of dice from two casinos during my Las Vegas visits. The outcomes from throwing real dice is about as accurate as you're going to get. However, the sources avaiable online are a little more convenient and easier, quicker too. When throwing actual dice, you still have to keep track of everything as I am doing with Random.org. I'll stick with them for now.

 

I suggest the book "72 Hours St The Crap Table" by B.Mickelson. It has thousands of real rolls from a Vegas table. It may not be in print anymore but I'm sure it can be found used. I consdider it essential to test my strategy.

 

That is a good source but be aware that it is very "don't" heavy.

 

The 7 rolls 25% more than expected for the first 2,500 rolls in the Mickelson collection. It settles down to 6% above expectation, until the last 400 rolls. Then it ends slightly below the expected percentage.

Bubble craps rolls should not be used for testing a table strategy.
