Look up the prices of units where I live Ron. You will see they are currently going between 500k all the way up to 13 million. Actually I have never seen the 13 million price before. The higher end is usually 3 million-ish. I would love to see what a 13 million dollar unit looks like. My unit is at the lower end, although a little bigger, so not the lowest price units. Last I saw our type unit sold for 625k. That was last year and prices have started to come down just slightly.

It is a luxury condo high-rise overlooking the strip. One of the most sought-after locations. There are multiple elevators, so more often than not I don't share an elevator with anyone, also I am not opposed to doing so. In addition there are many amenities, like restaurants, bars, dry cleaner right on site. There is a car service included which I use often dropping me off and picking up from the strip (so I don't have to drive), or even downtown or to T-mobile or the stadium. The car service is also very convenient for airport travel.

It is really an ideal spot for an professional AP /player. You're belittling it, as you frequently do, only highlights your jealousy about everything about me.

Get away from that and it's still really nice.

Our home, situated on a bluff overlooking a river, is still in a really nice area.
