    I think all the people in here always can make a little profit about 20-40% but stop is the hardest thing.
    A few hours ago I've lost all, but when I'm on that, I can't control my mind and after all it's go away.

    The best thing you could do is if you can find someone to go with you. If you can explain what happens in the game and how it goes. Then you have to give them the full authority to tell you when to get up and go without question.
    This works for a lot of people. Because in the heat of the moment the player will keep playing. But if their backup says pack it up. They can actually turn losing sessions into winners.
