I think you misunderstood the message.
Nobody is talking about 4 numbers must be played in 8 spins.
I am talking about, that there is always 1 number that happens 4 times in a row.
Example:

mansi, he's talking about Turbo's horse race - top3, top4, and so on, not about 4 repeats in 16 spins. These rows are not consecutive spins. In fact getting repeats (matches) in all 4 rows can take 100, 200 or more spins. But the graph itself is showing some different strategy, you're right there. Cheers.
