I want to talk about Lanky's promotion of the 6-point divisor plan during his activity on gambling forums.
It is an old powerful and forgotten progression.

One main thing I like about it - is the function to add safety breaks with a new divisor if you face a bad losing ratio against you.
Anyone with knowledge or any contribution is welcome to add something to this topic.

I am not so interested in opinions about its effectiveness or performance, because that often is based upon poor and bad selection processes.
One among many philosophies is to have a blueprint with a high overall strike ratio as a basic selection foundation and then let losses chop with no further action until the trend gets a reversal.
That is one basic approach to building and developing decision-making upon sound common sense.

I added one Excel sheet that shows all variants step by step.
Tomorrow I will quote some articles and step-by-step instructions on how to apply the 6-point divisor.

    Have a nice day!

The divisor does AMAZINGLY well in sports betting... Last year in baseball took 3k and $100 bets and turned it into over $500k!!! (note I use a spreadsheet and pretend bets since I'm in Texas and cannot sportsbet... NOT saying I made over $500k in real money)...Same 3k and $100 begininng bets in NCAABB made over $600k (again, spreadsheet/pretend only)...

The strongest thing about Lanky's divisor is how it compounds bet sizes automatically... by then end of the season was making 3k to 4k size bets per game, of course with no more risk then when I started out...

Einstein said compounding is the 8th wonder of the world and he was right!! So was Lanky, may he RIP!

@Bet2Profit do you have examples of that spreadsheet? I’d be interested to see how it works with sports betting. If you’re turning those kind of profits, I’d consider getting someone you trust to bet these games for you and give them a cut of the profits in other states. I can legally bet in North Carolina.

Or you could “sell” your picks that would be used in a Lanky Divisor method and make money that way. I wouldn’t delay longer turning $3,000 into $500,000 etc That is a life changing sum.

I can show you exactly what I'm doing... it would probably take at least an hour + to explain it to you, using zoom or something so you could see the spreadsheet.. I'm in Ft Worth Tx (cst) .... pm me and we can set up a time if you want to see this..

Sounds good my friend. It will have to be after the 1st of the month as I’m going out of town and I also coach high school baseball so it’s busy around tryouts time. I’m in EST zone myself.

I also have to go out to San Antonio for work soon too. We have a good friend in Benbrook we’re planning to visit while we’re out there.

I can legally bet here in my state, too. Could I get in on the zoom meeting?

I believe that if you have positive expectation and around 3 to 6% edge you can use 6-point divisor with confidence.
This is a picture of a winning Set & Forget method that I consider using with a 6-point divisor (but I can run it flat with success).
Is just that I want to reduce the swings, that is the reason why I want to use 6-point (not to turn a losing method into a winning).
That is an important difference in the foundation and reasoning behind the use of S&F.png a 6-point divisor.

Hi BTW. When you say "compounds the bet sizes automatically" are you refering to increasing the size of your betting unit as you add winnings to your bankroll? For example you say your starting bankroll is $3,000 and you're betting $100 units (that's like 100/3000 = 3.3% of your bankroll) so when your bankroll gets to $6,000 and you're betting 3.3% of bankroll, your unit size is now $200(?). I just can't see any other way to compound using Lanky.
