Split looks like a good movie. Kevin has 23 distinct personalities. Bayes only appears to have two. (Kind of fits the thread in a funny way too. ;) )

Correction, Kevin has 24 distinct personalities.

I really like his movies. Yes, I agree they also have some problems with logic and holes. But his movies are unique.

I also watch a ton of movies.

but dont you feel intellectually cheated when there is a movie about aliens that get a toxic reaction to water.....yet come out of the cornfields in the morning where there is dew on the stalks, they breath the air that has H2O in it called humidity, thereis moisture on anything and everything......and they are attracted to this planet just like we would be attracted to a planet covered in 80 percent sulfuric acid.

Or a scene in a move..i forget the name where trees emit toxic gases...and a group of main characters are seen outrunning the wind....in order to to avoid the toxin? You are kidding me ...right?..running away from wind?

I read reviews about the movie with the kids seeing the maniac phony grandparents....and there was a ton of holes that would never be believable. in order for the story to exist .

we will see...I am rooting for him

And of course the humidity in the air would be quite a problem for them as well.

I'm not sure about that one Mr. V. I prefer a little less gore and a little more plot.

    The movie looks awesome!

What did you think about Rogue One? I was a little irritated with parts of it. The writing is kind of weak. Some of the characters reentering the movie here and there was irritating, as though they were write in after thoughts and lacking subtlety. Too predictable.

I am waiting for Ghost in the Shell. Hopefully it will not be worse than the anime. Animated film of 1995 was a masterpiece.
