I really think the time has come, I'm done. Before I get attacked, let me be more specific. My days of "trying out new ideas" etc. are over. Not to mention, all the extra time I have freed up for myself.

Not sure if ya'll remember my posts from YEARS back (way before you RouletteGhost), I had a ton of copies regarding different approaches/methods I would use. I needed these to cut out and tape into my small notebooks. I still use only a couple different styles of play. Yesterday, I threw out 16lbs of paper (lol). All older methods/ideas.

I have "settled" (I think thats the best word?) for a style of play and am not unhappy with losing from time to time. I have chased methods in which to win EVERY day, I dont do that anymore. Winning MOST of the time, I'm happy.....I have "settled".

Exact details? Hell no but.....2-3 hot numbers (certain rules), no progression, -5 times a gross hit (done) OR +1.5 a gross hit (done), still using small notebook, B&M casino only (that'll never change).

Also, its part of the reason I dont partake in conversations regarding other peoples methods, I dont need to.

RF? A good board, a terrible board? Makes no difference, nothing there I need. I still look over there....still talkin, columns, the trot, triggers, playing a Marty etc. (lol). Have fun with that. It'll get you no place fast. I am 100% positive on that.

Adding a bit more on.....its betting on hot or nothing. Years ago, I was doing the typical rookie punk shit, the 18 is hitting like crazy so I'll also bet the 19 31 6 21, "just in case". (lol)

Plain old stupidity. My data shows the 6 & 19 are hitting at average and the 21 & 31 have not hit in 200 spins but...."just in case" !! (rofl) See, I can laugh at myself. Other goofs >> the 13, 15 are hitting like mad so lets bet the STREET (lol). Forget the fact, the 14 has not hit in 243 spins. Not me, those days are done.

Ken, you are a Reading Randomness monster player. You have found your niche. I have too. Just 4 net wins using the 24 most likely numbers to hit, based on randomness, on each spin per session. 4 times $60 (24 x $5 bets) = $240. 30 times $240 = $7,200 per month. All that is doable in about an hour or two, at the most, per day. Make it $10 chips and you go up to $14,000 per month. People stay too long at casinos. You can tour the west coast and inland scenery on a budget like that. That goes for the entire USA. Don't waste time trying to earn comps. One win outclasses the comps at 10/1.

See ya Ken. Thanks for that good advice.

    Good one Ken.

But I reckon you'll be back one day telling us how you found an even better way.

You can't just get this stuff out of your head unless you leave the game completely.

To be clear, I'm not quitting with posting. An even better way? Maybe but HALF of my reason to "settle" is really to give myself more free time. Not worn out playing at the casino, just worn out looking for perfection.

I thought I could find it but I cant. Winning MOST of the time will have to suffice. I dont even play at Celtic anymore, no point. Celtic is for testing/practicing.......I'm set in my ways (lol), driving to the casino, I already KNOW what I'll be playing. Its semi-nice, no more surprises for me. Too worn out. I did not send Turbo one email regarding questions about his latest method and no interest from me if you read through my posts at the Parx thread. That does NOT mean I have a poor opinion of the guy, just sayin, I dont need info etc.

My win/loss rules are *PERFECTION* and I follow it 100%. No drinking while playing, I know the shift change schedules of the dealers, I know certain pit employees will give me issues, I know the dealers (by name) that will spin FAST when I play, I know the dealers that usually end up in the same sections back to back spins, best spots to park the car, best restaurants in the casino to eat, best/worse servers at those restaurants, I know my comp count what it'll cost me for the food, best bartenders after I am done playing ETC.......I'm done with everything related to learning this game and the pros/cons of my casino here in town......DONE.

Here's the deal Bombus. You take any aspect of reading randomness, being a sophisticated form of well thought out trend strategy, and you learn from experience how the ins and outs of it actually works in thousands of hours of playing experience, and then and only then, can you know that you have more than just a few ideas about how it works and when and also when it does not actually work. You take that accumulation of knowledge, and it starts to show you a kind of normalcy, that you can gauge a smarter strategy on. You know when the pay off streaks are running like salmon in a stream. You know when to back off the play of a cold position out of self preservation. This is about knowledge, confidence, and positioning of your actual anticipated success. Almost nobody knows this positioning of resources stuff. Do You?

Ken knows. That's the only reason I see his intelligence. I can clearly see it.

Seinfeld is my absolute favorite sitcom of all time. Maybe the last 2 years were getting kinda crappy though.

My faves in order, sorry for bad spelling(?) >>

    1) George (I am VERY much like him, lol)
    2) Elaine
    3) Jerry
    4) Kramer

I settled on my game several years ago. Like Ken, very happy with the state of things.

I stopped all trialling, research, and testing of new ideas for maybe 12 months.

Then about 1 year ago almost to the day, my back exploded and I spent 3 months bed ridden.

Bored witless my brain started ticking over again with ideas to improve my method.

So here I am 12 months later playing an all round superior game to the one I'd settled on for years.

Play always alone. Dinner either with my on/off GF or a cool chic who also plays roulette. Lots in common with that hoe.

but let me ask you this Bombus, aren't you TIRED of "starting over"? I am. I'm pushing 50 and want more free time.

If a new thread started, a decent method passes 20 million tested spins, only 3 numbers, all flat betting etc., I *SWEAR*, I would most likely test little of it/switch my method style AGAIN.

Good is good enough for me.

We do play roulette together but its NEVER set-up like that. More of a coincidence. I try hard to not play with the same players because of, I dont want my business "figured out" but I have no control over who sits down AFTER I have started.

I dont have a HG and I dont partake in such silly lingo.

A little tired of it, yes. And I don't look for other ways to play either.

I agree, someone could post a brilliant system and I'd probably stick with mine, even if their's was better.

I'm not ready to hit the master off switch or pull the fuse yet though.
