Not really a blog but if I need to post something roulette related....

I see this a lot from players and worse, dealers. They cant find the fuckin number on the layout.

Lets say the 9 is covered up (lots of chips) along with the 8 12 6 5 11......you or the dealer need to find the 9. You can see the 7 so finding the 9 should be easy (lol). I love it when the 9 hits and the dealer needs to PICK UP the chips off the 9, just to be sure.

Another one >> the 36 is covered. Its the ONLY number in the area covered by chips. A player has his chips in hand asking, "where is that 36"? (rofl) You can see the 34 35 32 33 but you cant find the fuckin 36?

    Come on!

In order to prevent marking the wrong number the dealer will often do it. Such redundant procedures are sometimes required on busy tables by management. When dealers accidentally mark the wrong numbers they are usually written up.

I dont disagree accidents can happen but in my SIMPLE example above.....if you can see the 7, is the 9 that tough to locate?

It's easier than you might think. The reason is that the dealers will sometimes work between left handed and right handed tables. The layouts on these tables are flipped, so it's easy for them to get disoriented.

What? The only time I really agree is when the table is PACKED (weekend). Every number is loaded with chips.

Say the 28 hits....ok, you might need to lift up some chips. Myself? I can spot where the number is in a second.

Color, I know the column, I know the dozen. I'll give another funny example. The 24 hits, lots of chips on it. Dealer moves chips on the 21, thinking thats it.
oops, wrong. She moves UP and then moves the 18. They dont even know WHICH DIRECTION the numbers go up/down?? WTF? Come on.

That 3rd column is the key. If you can see the 3 6 12 18 etc and the 15 hits, do you need to think it might be under the 13? I can do this shit in my sleep.

Hey Ken, I've mentioned it before but my issue with dealers is doing the math.
I can take any visit and point out improper payouts - and it's not really their fault but it happens.
Say I have $21.00 on a 17-20 split and it wins - what's the payout ? Quick ! No calculator lol.
I don't blame them, it's not easy to calculate the payout and very often they get it wrong. It seems to
be about 50/50 in my favor. Also - they don't pay attention to the table minimums very often.
Say it's $20.00 and there are 5 people at the table - I have $18 in chips on the table on the inside, they never say a word or catch it. Outside bets are different, I've seen them point out to players when they aren't at the min. bet.
Again - I don't blame them, it has to be almost impossible to keep track of everything.
Annoying number 1 to me are the people who want to place chips but ask the dealer to do it when there's no need to.
Every damn time I play some idiot is at the end of the table and wants to bet the #3, #4, 1-2-3 street and the double zero and can't reach them - so then it's them asking the dealer to place the bets and that slows the whole process down. In rare cases it works out ok because it can slow them down if I need more time, but mostly it's downright annoying.

One thing I never do. If they are gonna over pay somebody, I dont say a word. Under pay someone? Depends on my mood. Its funny, the dealer AND the player have no clue whats going on. The real NEW people....I help them cause I sometimes think the dealer is trying to be shady. I even get shitty looks after I correct payouts.

I've got wrong payouts several times and always are in my favor, only once a male dealer at grand Beograd casino missed to pay me, I've let the pit boss know and him requested the replay from the eye in the sky, they've confirmed what I've claimed and got paid on the next spin including the new winnings.
That particular dealer has made other 2 mistaken payouts in my favor on the same day, what was he thinking?!
But the most hilarious was years ago when I was betting Odd and it came Even number, the male dealer paid my lost bet and I've said nothing!
Another funny incident was when I have found 5 Euros inside the auto airball roulette, since nobody was around I consider it as a free bet and wagered the Red, red came and let it ride, another red hit and parlayed it for second time, red came for third time in a row and decided to stop it there, guess what hit on the next spin, Black!

When you make assumptions you are taking your sorry ass to an auction and make it available option. Angelo A.

If the selection is supreme then the progression works, on the other hand, there is not such thing as good progressions, they are just as good/bad as their selections.
A number may win or not regardless of the amount standing on top of it, money don't make decisions but decisions make money. Angelo A.
