    I found it...
This is a HIT and RUN system, the chart will go down after X number of spins...so, the Key is moneymanagement, (Only play short sessions).

Procedure: For each spin, bet one neighbour on each side of the current number hit (on the wheel). 2 numbers bet.

    Progression -none- FLATBET

Two neighbor numbers is not an easy pick. A well known German roulette player used to play only 1 number but now that he is in his early seventies he favors 9 neighbor numbers with $ 5 on each number . Bankroll per visit $ 2 ,000.--

His ick one unique number with flanked by 4 neighbors on each side .

Hey everyone, when dealer changes during a session do you discard your notes that far?

@ Ken, I'd pay my respects to Buffster, not to a loser such as you, what could possibly anyone learn from you other than your personal problems or in general problems!

I know the person you spoke of, this is not bad way to play, not bad at all.

Speaking about sectors and putting it in perspective, even the brightest diamonds once upon a time were anthrax (coals).

Have you seen the show with the pawn shop family?
No wonder why so many of them at Las Vegas, the average American learns to speak credit before mom and dad...
Then give me a price for this, give me a price for that, name a price for the moon...and the credit grows out of your hands...
This is the American dream in short, so the young guy finds his grandfather in the office and asks him:
    -"Are you sleeping?"
    -"No, I'm resting my eyes..."
