Casino Why play games where the house edge is high?

Jacks or Better seems to have a very low house edge. as does black jack. Why would someone elect to play a type of poker where the house edge is higher? or any casino game where the house edge is higher?

And more specifically why would anyone play 3 card poker over jacks or better?

I am interested in expanding my horizons, but dont understand why i would play a game with a terrible house edge

 

But blackjack has a high edge if the idiot at third base keeps taking the dealer's break card. Dice setting is the only way to overcome the casinoi's edge.

ignition casino for example. single deck blackjack has a house edge of less than .2 i believe where 3 card poker is 2-3 percent. why would anyone play 3 card poker?

 

Lower house edge doesn't ensure winning. It could be lesser challenging though. Actually, we do not need to tackle only house edge but variance too. Rather, variance is the real culprit otherwise every player stands to win with simple techniques.

 

Perhaps they like playing 3 card poker
