There are plenty of casinos in AC to chose from . Competition is in favor of the players .

    I disagree about Whitehouse.

They may be overpriced, but they are the best.

No one comes close to second.

Also, why would you even think that they are mediocre sandwiches?

I buy and eat only 3 hoagies, but they are known for only two of those; the first two.

Cheesesteak, Italian, and Turkey. I never tried anything else and maybe the other ones are mediocre but I wouldn't know.

    Also, no buffets are listed.

There used to be 5 but 3 of them never reopened at Caesars, Harrah's, and Tropicana.

Hard Rock and Borgata have buffets, but they are overpriced. They are good though.

$34.99 and $39.99 plus tax respectively.

Just become their higher level players, Rock Royalty and Gold, and you would play only $10 and $12.50 in comp dollars for buffets and you get the priority line too.

How can you eat any buffet for that low price?

It costs less to pay for one buffet than play for one .

As a general philosophy, that's true, but for years in Las Vegas, Boyd was famous for having had Senior Wednesdays where a really minimal amount of play, say $5 or $10 total coin in, got you a comped or half price buffet at the Gold Coast or Orleans. The pandemic shut down those buffets, but the rooms are still set up as buffets, so maybe they eventually reopen. They were not bad.

I agree about Gold Coast's buffet.

We went to Vegas every year for a long time and we always ate there because their price was always very reasonable and I thought their food was pretty decent especially breakfast. We used lots of BOGO coupons for other buffets too especially the ones from the American Casino Guide books.

I'm sure it's true for most but not for everyone.

I'm not saying that I'm not one of those people who would lose a lot and therefore end up paying for the buffet and then some as I've lost badly a plenty of time in the past; just not that often anymore or almost never in the recent years.

I have enough comp dollars at Hard Rock and Borgata to eat their buffets for at least 80 times and I earned those comp dollars in a matter of just one month and it was because I was down most of the time and therefore had to fight like hell for long hours to break even.

Maybe he's using a time machine.

The Atlantic City casinos reopened from COVID closures on July 2, 2020,
except for Borgata, which reopened on July 23, 2020.

    2.5 years after July 2, 2020 is Jan 2, 2023.
