Poker What must you do when u keep getting rags

Hi, everyone had this situation I believe, over 30 hands in a tournament with nothing but rags, in this case, what ur strategy be?

Ride it out until chip death, use it to learn to control your body language , use it as time at the coal face and learn to read ALL players at your table, you know you have nothing see if you can read what they have / don’t have and see if your right/wrong.

Learn from it , learn how to fold, learn how to play your blinds.
It won’t happen 5 tournament in a row if it does and we are looking at a minimum of a 100-150 hands in a row with rags then you give up poker because god has a hard on for you. Look both ways as you cross the street from the casino
