Here in Vegas at the Harrah's live dealer, live dice on a full normal craps table. Betting is on electronic terminal.
The significant difference is those cotton dice were thrown to a plexiglass type surface making the dice bounce once and go dead. Good for dice setters.

No more change dealer 7 out.
No more dice off the table 7 out.
No more dice hit the checks, 7 out.
No more dice hit some people's hand, 7 out.
No more dice land on bankroll, no roll.
No more dice in the bowl, no rol.
    No more late bets.
    I like it a lot.

All excuses for bad shooting. Learn to shoot. Learn to track. Use a computer program. All the things 99.99999% of craps shooters won't do.

It's good to find a way to decide what to bet like you suggested but that's all fallacy. Past events do not affect future results. Anyway I can see what you mean. Do something and if it works, it can help you win. But when it is not working don't be stubborn.

"Rapid Craps" debuted at Bills Gambling Hall in Vegas in 2010. It went away when Bills went away and the company did away with the game. It's returned in a new form offered by Azure Gaming as "Roll to Win" craps. The new table has a glass "computer screen" top covered by a thin plexiglass surface. Shooters buy in and make their bets on a computer terminal much the same as with the defunct Rapid Craps game. The dealer is there to rake the dice, make the stick calls and enter them into the system's computer. The system then automatically pays the players bets. Depending on how the casino has their system set up, either a countdown begins giving players a pre-determined amount of time to make their next bets - or the dealer can control that. I've seen it both ways. The shooter tosses the dice on the plexiglass surface. An effort should be made to get the dice to the back wall but most casinos are fairly lenient on this rule. It should be noted that Azure offers the plexiglass surface material to the casnios in three different varieties with differing degrees of "tackiness." Some are quite slick. Some have a fair degree of "grip" to them when the dice land, causing a more erratic bounce. The are also speed bumps on the "layout" to prevent dice sliding for those of you thinking in those terms. With all of that said, these are short tables. Tossing from what we'd consider to be stick left or stick left means tossing about four feet. You can damn near "drop" the dice on the other end of the table. There are a number of controlled shots that work quite well on these tables, as dice influencers are discovering and taking advantage of regularly. The table at Harrah's is not the first in Vegas - and you can expect to see more as casinos look for ways to cut head count while keeping "table" games. The bottom line for them is whether or not the games or profitable. The monthly nut on these machines is significant. Time will tell.

    Oh no,
Cut head count, that will drastically cut back on posters posting this forum as they will be forced to become grill chefs, mind you it maybe refreshing to hear about the loa or the math on how many bubbles form on the edge of a piece of chicken in the deep fryer and it’s possible application to casino table games.

I’m a kfc fan myself. Would love to see string theory incorporated with deep fry fat as applied to table games and betting strategies.

Here in skippy township casino, we have the pop craps stadium and one live pit they open mainly weekends neither are busy, especially the pop stadium. As far as I can tell over the years never a big draw card for skippy. Will be interesting to see if they buy the machine posted this thread. One possibility could be they get a bulk deal to buy as they are in the process of bidding for crown casino skippy island, then they have sole rights ( basically) skippy island wide.

    Cheers
