you got it right , that is the strategy. because I play roulette and baccarat I will explain my selection on both.
roulette is much more mechanical then Bac.
I look back six spins and bet the reverse on the high/low, odd/even, red black. if I win at any one of those 3 steps I wait 3 more spins and re-do it. if I lose those 3 bets, I still wait 3 spins and continue with the last 3 bets, always starting with high/low, odd/even/ red/black.
that is my bet selection. if the 6th bet was a low number I bet high. lose and I go to odd/even. if that number is even I then bet odd, ect.....
the best selection I found so far and very stress free.
bac is different. I like to play with the 80/90 % short trends and like to see no longer then 3 of anything, banker or player. if the 4's or more dominate then I will either begin the progression after 2 or 3 losses when they dont go pass 5 in a row, or if longer would rather ride the long trend then going against it. besides that going against 2 blocks of 4 and 5 is tempting also but if I have a hard time getting a win I wont play it next time it comes in . I have seen too many "repeating losses" happen in my years of gambling and they always seem to come in "pairs" . no science behind that ,just plain old witnessing.
    Cheers,

my all time favorite of "bet selection" when playing a Marty is when I see four GB2 or Gb3 in a row in game. it somehow open the path to see tons of groups never going pass 3 B/P or R/B in a row and it is prime time. that is because looking at data years ago I saw they were hardly ever long losing streaks of 10/11 in a row ever happening. matter of fact I never saw any streaks longer the 11, and just a couple.
ever since I was convince I had something real . singles I saw going to 14/16 a lot, same with players side, little less of course with banker but the Gb2 and groups before 3, creme de la creme. I written posts on that in another thread if any one is interested. Cheers,

Thank you. I read through it. Interesting. I should play around with this idea to see if it holds up on a larger sample.
