Its funny you would rejuvenate your post from 3+ yrs. Yesterday I was looking through my notes and found your original post on 5 column. I had written down to ask about what is a "lapper' in the 3rd or 4th hole and had wondered about it. And this morning BAM!!! there you are. I guess I forgot about it until now. And now my curiosity is up again. f you would be so kind as to explaining your lapper theory.

 

It was fun revisiting this thread.

 

Just checked these shoes. Playing the Lapper bet, I grossed a total of 4 units flat betting with a total of 28 betting opportunities. I didn't bother with the Player bet as that is not the bet in question. Here is what happened in each shoe:
1) 0 units 2 bet opportunities
2) -4 units 4 BO
3) +4 units 4 BO
4) +2 units 2 BO
5) -1 units 3 BO
6) +1 units 3 BO
7) +1 units 1 BO
8) -2 units 2 BO
9) +2 units 4 BO
10) +1 units 3 BO

So you see, there are not many being opportunities per shoe. This is why I need to develop something to pair with it that could tread some water while I wait for my plays.
Give me a day or 2 and I'll post the sections of the shoe that I played. The play is so simple that I won't have to post them all unless nobody understands it which I doubt will be the case.

 

I don't know what the Lapper Bet is but I do know one could get more bets per shoe if using four roads. Some of them will overlap (be in conflict) but still should provide a bunch more chances. Then maybe don't need filler bets?

This bet is super easy to play. I identify a Bank Lapper as a Banker streak that runs off into the next column. I will provide an example of how it is played. I will use hands 16-25 of the third shoe.

Hand 22 we would be placing a bet on Banker as the Banker streak from the previous column has lapped over into the next column. The bet happened to be a winner. I only bet this Lapper for the 3 hole or the 4 hole of a Banker streak. Win our lose, it's one and done. I bet once and win or lose, I will wait for my next betting opportunity.
As an option, you could bet on any overlapping Banker streak, not just the 3 and 4 hole, for more betting opportunities. As I remember, it still holds a positive expectation, although I can't remember the percentages. I would have to dig up old notes.
Well, that's it. Very easy and a winner. If any one could add something to this that makes it a little better, it would be appreciated.
If anyone doesn't understand, I'll do my best to explain.

That's interesting. So you are betting that a banker two (PBB) will go to a 3 or 4 but only if it splits into the beginning of one of your five columns. Sort of randomizing the bet. I can try to test it. Do you play commission Baccarat or EZ Baccarat?

 

Exactly. PBB and PBBB is the trigger for betting. The reason why I started calling it a Lapper bet is that it overlaps into the next column. Not sure what you mean "one of five columns" though.
