Feedback Suggestion

I don't see a separate are for suggestions so I will start this thread.

I think if someone says something about another person that is not true and there should be a way to make that person making the comment or accusation prove it.

This is very different than asking someone to prove a gambling claim. No one should be required to do that.

What I am talking about is suppose Poster A says Poster B is an ex-convict. Poster B should be able to say that is not true at which point Poster A should have to prove that comment or the comment removed, and some sort of penalty invoked.

This will stop people from just making up complete lies attempting to discredit someone.

As for the penalty it has to be more severe that the current removal of insults with a warning to "be nice". I suggest after a person has done this multiple times and not been able to prove their lie, there should be some sort of notation about making unsubstantiated false comments.

Well I think you and I both know there will be no support for this.

First it is me suggesting it. And there is a small but very vocal group of KJ Haters here. If I say the sky is blue and the grass is green they will fight it. So no way in hell will anyone support a suggestion I made.

More importantly, these guys wouldn't back this suggestion, because they need a place that they can just say whatever they want with no consequences. "He works at smashburger or one of the other burger joints". "He is a male prostitute". "He has sex with his brother and mother", "He lives in a slum", "He doesn't own the condo he lives in, it is subleased". If they had to answer for or prove any of this crap their agenda would be over.

 

As usual whatever this hypocrite complains about applies more to himself than to anyone else. He's been posting nonsense about many members here including claims about himself and when pressed hasn't produced one shred of proof.

What this proposal would do is if someone was going to post something not true they would have to think twice wouldn't they? Even me.

I have read where somebody once posted comments about coach belly having a sleepover with the Jr high boys basketball team. I mean that is obviously just trolling stuff, but that person, whoever he may be would have to think twice about that if belly was allowed to challenge that and the person either had to put up or shut up.

I don't dispute that I have engaged in some trolling back of people. But you guys, especially you and Rob have taken it way too far, just attempting to destroy someone's credibility because you don't like them.

here is a good example for you. I have mentioned the case of the hooker stealing a guys watch up her coochie a number of times. I don't KNOW that was you involved that hired the hooker. I have heard from several people that think it was and everything certainly fits. But if you could challenge that suggestion with consequences I either wouldn't have mentioned it or at least worded it differently to say it was speculation.

There has to be a limit dude. People just shouldn't be able to say the not just lies, not just nasty lies, but vulgar, nasty some of it illegal shit that you guys make up and repeat that you know are not true, just so you can try to hurt the credibility of someone you have decided you don't like.

I guess what I am asking for here is for everyone, myself included to take a step back towards decency and honesty. I don't expect it will be received well.

 

The best would be if UNKewlJ just dipped out and wasted time elsewhere. Whatever forum he goes to he creates and posts nonsense and eventually gets banned. The rest of us just post what we want to post and don't worry about it the way he does.

Admin is probably right that they can't get involved in inter-member disputes of what is true or what is not, and as long as they police over the line insults such as racial ones that is also probably enough.

 

Well, let's see, for some time now UNKewlJ has been lying about how he was the Plaintiff in a recently filed lawsuit in Las Vegas against a casino for false imprisonment and battery. Made the whole thing up.

No record was found of the civil case. Went so far as to lie about that the case was sealed, not realizing that such a case would almost never be sealed, and that on even sealed cases the full court docket remains visible.

Will UNKewlJ follow through with his own suggestion of that people making claims must prove themselves, or, continue with the usual hypocrisy of accusing others of things of which he is the most guilty?
