Not sure what you are looking at. Is it five hands in a pattern or three?

 

The last three is all opposite in refer it by DBL then you Bet Same refer as DBL again.

 

PP-BBP - Bet B (Same) PP - First B is opposite to first P if it is B then same second B is opposite to second P , last P is opposite to first B all refer as DBL and your bet on B which is Same to the second B REFER as DBL
