The Marti progression is step one by just about all gamblers when first considering a MM system. It's called the old double down. It always cleans out your bankroll in the end. Every gambler must go through the search for a MM system before they give up on them.

I took my computer programming skills and power tested everything. It always pans out as a fail. You can stall it, reverse it, turn it on its head. It all fails. There is no better way to make it work.

The martingale or as i like to refer to it as the martybation is a non procreation event. It’s akin to being on an island all by yourself until you die. Eventually there is no next generation, think bankroll death. Yeah sure you can have “fun” ( read degenerative gambling practices) for awhile but no bankroll and you’re just shooting blanks.
The objective is to have a sound selection criteria. No sound selection criteria and no amount of deepthroat bankrolling martibation will save you.

Even with a “sound selection criteria” martybation is not the bankroll answer. That you will have to come to terms with yourself. I would suggest you read some threads this forum . Over the last few years I have participated on this interverse forum I have seen many advocates of Martybation come and go. Mostly they go. The reason is it’s untenable plain and simple, check posts/threads by members David Gregory, craps just to mention as an example. Please note I’m not singling them out other than their names came to mind readerly.
The typical martybationist thinks they have found the holy grail ( nee bet selection criteria) and by applying the martybation it will lead to the road of riches . Sorry it doesn’t.
I would like to say initially I tried that path many many years ago, I too felt like the boy with his first ever self stimulated spitting erection. Save yourself the effort martybation does not work, but if you wish to ignore that advice then please martybate your little heart out , the casinoverse will thank you as I too will thank you for your generous donation to the glowball economy of the casinoverse on planape earph
Try the dry martini , extra olives washed down with a tequila slammer, much more enjoyable and far less expensive.

Yes I did check them ages ago as they had been referenced here by someone. They are just click churns for degenerate practices for the casinoverse, they give quasi endorsements of questionable practices then sprinkle in some idiot “actual dealer” inside information vomit and the urban myth of martybation gets a little more traction as a “go to method” every time the video is viewed.
Insidious blight directed at new gamblers daily.
But the original thread starter can use this forum and gain a better understanding with a bit of homework and some mindful due diligence of material presented on this forum archives. good luck.
