I have seen around 450 spins without a number hitting and I am sure I read somewhere once that someone saw a number disappear for around 640 spins. Them last one or two to appear can be real stubborn little blighters

One thing that caught my attention back in the day studying roulette was how with 6-7 numbers left to appear, you would often get a spurt of 4-5 of those 6-7 come out pretty close to each other and the last couple would be the stragglers.

 

After millions of spins testing the longest delay was the number 22 missing for 714 spins.
Never bet for a number more than 111 spins, just let it go because most of the numbers, if not all, come by 111th spin at least once.
Even better if you don't mind to wait, exactly on spin 74th select a number which has not hit yet and bet it up to 111th spin or till you win, whatever happens first.
