I've been going back and reading the old threads on here to get ideas and just see how people think and play. While I know how to read all the different roads (for what it's worth) I was wondering if someone can explain charting to me in detail and how it works, how you set up your card etc. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you asking about the derived roads Chaos vs. Order and how some try to predict outcomes from that perspective? Or something else?

I get derived roads. I guess chaos vs. order. I saw something on the boards back from like four years ago where certain pairs were assigned values etc.

I have no knowledge of that. I play the roads independently. Sorry I can't help.

Do you set up a horizontal chart when playing the roads?

Yes. But I keep up 4 charts horizontally at the same time. The big road and the three derived roads. Then I make my decision as to which road i'm playing as I go along. So I just guess at which one I think is best based on the outcomes. That way, I can play only one of the roads or sometimes two or three of the roads as long as they don't conflict.

Do you chart them as singles/doubles or something completely different?

One time I saw someone draw line chart at the table. Ridiculous.
I suppose you are not referring to that kind of charting.
