I am back to roulette again. I focussed on baccarat for a while but the possibilities of predictions in baccarat are smaller than in roulette. I picked up dozens for a while. I have promised myself to just focus on dozens for six months and then move to different bets. There are two benefits of doing this

    1. No point in moving to a new bet selection before understanding all the contours of a single bet selection.

    2. I am hopeful that extensive study of a single betting style will help in evolving new styles.

Again, a short disclaimer here. I am not an expert. I am a learner and I am looking forward to your opinions always.

    How to play Tiger's Dozen?

    1. Start collecting spins in different columns for different dozens.
    2. Start counting the frequency of different dozens until the frequency of only one dozen becomes 4 lesser than the rest of the two dozen.
    3. As soon as you get any data complying with step 2, start betting the rest of the two dozen.
    4. Stop loss -4. Win target - I have not analyzed it so far.

You can't beat roulette with 12 numbers
You must play at least 17 numbers

It looks like he's betting two dozens at once which is 24 numbers.

So what you're doing is looking for the sleepiest dozen and betting the other two. This will work if the second dozen remains sleepy but if it chooses to wake up right then you're screwed. And because you're betting two dozens you're losing twice as fast as you win.

How's it going so far Blacktiger?

It's funny because I was looking for recent posts on Dozens and saw this one and it kind of mirrors what I did myself. I thought I would never play roulette again after studying baccarat extensively and coming up with something that works, however, I had a desire to translate my baccarat EC methodology over to the dozens because of the 2/1 payout. Well, I spent roughly 12 months on it and it pretty much seemed impossible at first but there is a way and so I hope my post gives you encouragement.

There are several benefits to trying. It opens the door to using progressions if that's your thing because you can dig yourself out of a hole quicker. Conversely, a positive progression can take you to the top floor a lot quicker than with EC bets.

So let me give you a thought or two in case you need some inspiration.

A dozen can either stay the same (repeat) or change to one of the other two. Naturally, it's 2/3 in favour of changing as opposed to 1/3 repeating.

OK, so have a look at this....

    13 doz 2

26 doz 3 (so it has changed and moved to the next dozen along. Let's give that a count of 1)

    if it went differently...

    13 doz 2

6 doz 1 (it shifted past the the 3rd doz and went to the 1st doz, let's give that a count of 2)

    examples....

    23 doz 2
    35 doz 3 (count of 1)
    6 doz 1 (count of 1)
    25 doz 3 (count of 2)
    13 doz 2 (count of 2)

So as long as the doz doesn't repeat, you are dealing in 1's and 2's where you can use an EC methodology to good effect.

Now obviously you can't just rely on that because repeats happen. They cluster, chop, disappear etc...

Build a framework (or maybe even two separate frameworks) around repeats and the 1 and 2 count as shown above and you can have a very effective strategy for dozens.

Keep going and you will be rewarded. I still like Baccarat, it's a great game but Roulette (particularly dozens) has good scope for someone with a keen mind.

    good luck!
