I run a small site for fish table games. A newer not widely understood genre. I started to see incredible traffic and then states that once allowed these games started reclassifying them and shutting down the brick and mortar locations. At first this caused an even greater jump in traffic and things were looking good. Fast forward a couple years and we still have our regulars, but we seem to have failed to attract many new players. So my question is do you think fish table games were just a fad or is it more the reclassifying their legality in some areas that is causing a decline. And what genre do you think will be highly successful in the future.

Hmm… slots? I’d say yeah. At least in terms of volume, they’ve already crushed every other casino genre. Even when you’re just looking for a best online gambling site on Casinos Analyzer or other review platforms, the first thing you see is slot-heavy casinos with details on how many slots, which providers, etc. Don’t think that’ll change much in the next 5 years. Maybe we’ll just see more slot variations popping up.

Fun FACT: In Macau, 85% of gaming revenue is Baccarat. On the Vegas Strip only 15% of gaming revenue is Baccarat.

I'm guessing Baccarat may become more popular in the US as more people come to realize it's the smartest play in the House.

And for machine games, "Fish" and the "Aviator crash" game will become more popular. That's my guess. Opinion only, nothing scientific.
