Blackjack Any Structured Learning Options

I've been getting into blackjack lately and was wondering if there are any good ways to really sharpen my skills—maybe something structured like lessons or a program?

 

For software, there is 'Casino Verite'.

I used it to sharpen my 'Hi-Lo' skills and speed, for single-deck games.

Card counting is far less effective for larger shoes.

Avoid games with less than liberal rules. Late Surrender, Dealer Stands on All Seventeens, Blackjack pays 3:2, are must rules.
