Blackjack Is Hi_Lo good enough!!?

I always hear about other count talk about in this forum. For 8 deck games, will Hi_Lo get the money??! Is it good enough? I see the correlation betting is only .968 and Pe is .51! I believe that is very bad. Please let me know! Thank YOU

For the modern game of blackjack (mostly shoes with 1.5 decks cutoff on average) Hi-Lo is plenty good enough. For shoe games you don't need a high PE, the Betting Correlation is what matters along with an adequate PE. If you want more power the three systems most players migrate to are Halves, Unbalanced Zen, or Zen. None of those three require any sidecounts.

 

Yes, HiLo is GOOD ENOUGH.

 

Hi-Lo is just fine. As you try to do more complicated counts you open yourself up to more errors.
