Poker What sequence of factors do you consider pre flop?

    In what order do you take in consideration of the variables? Such as position, stack size, card value, etc.
    if you could place them in order that would be awesome

    Strength of starting cards. If you AA position is not your fear.

    Ammunition (stack size), hard to accomplish some things with small stacks (and here comes position into play).

    Position is always a benefit to you regardless of cards, however, since you raise in EP your position is also given the consideration of a stronger hand.

    Don't forget Patience, Discipline, you must be able to fold.

    Don't forget skill and knowledge, you must be able put players on hands, take hands away from players on later rounds (due to betting patterns for example), and being able to float and bluff do help.

    I try to use position, strength of hand and constant reads of the table to see how many I can weed out preflop and what had ranges will call and what player will call with likely number of card combos
