It's been weeks, you barely can register a winning cash table session, what do you do to stop the bleeding?

Players have all sorts of ways to deal with a run of bad luck, some actually work, others just prolong it, does anyone want to share what steps they take:

    Move down in stakes?
Take a few days off or a week?
Get a new book to study?
Seek a friend or mentor to shadow you?
Review your recent sessions, she what mistakes you continue to make (draw to much, play out of position too much, not getting proper odds to continue in hands, how was your attitude - expect to lose that day?

It can be any of these, please list more and discuss.

Ive been running bad for the last several mos, what I try to do for my game is to tighten up. Look over my pre flop card selection pick only top cards to play try to get a better read on my opponents buy observing them in order to trap them. Also i try to limit on how many hands I play buy using position more in my favor.I play more small ball poker to controll pot size. If I have done all that and get my money in good and still loose well thats poker and ive had my share of that, but thats the game .

When I running bad I take time off from playing and go over hands in Poker Tracker and talk with others in my poker group and Trainers from PSO to help me work out where I going wrong and what mistakes I making.

I play mostly 9 man SNG & MTTs so there always spots where things not go right and mistakes made, for anyone who plays poker seriously you really should get involved with a group of like minded players as bouncing things off each other really helps your game in the long run. Nothing like seeing things through others eyes.

I can not say enough if you play on a site that you can use PT4 you really should the HUD is one aspect but the things you can review and find on your own play pays for it self over and over.
