I see the difference when you cherry pick a few situations.

They could solve the problem and just go the same uncensored route like this forum, but then it would become a big cesspool.

Out of all the people that have been nuked, how many people didn't deserve it and why?

Can you show me any proof the forum is dying because of anything you have ever mentioned?

From my understanding many forums have had a big decline. Even Bob has said the heyday of forums has passed.

Can you show me any evidence that less members = less profits for the owners? Can you explain why they would allow Mike to keep running it the way he wants to if it was not working out for them after this long?

obviously because a flawed, socially backward, psychologically needy, pompous, arrogant misogynist with his name recognition as :the wizard" is better than nothing. So when you weight the pros and cons...according to the owners, the needle tips to the pros.

If you use logic...that doesnt mean that his actions arent a detriment to the site......it just means his detrimental actions are outweighed by the name recognition.

it could still be that the site could be even better if the detrimental actions were eliminated

The munchkins require a firm hand to rule them.

I'm in trouble now, LarryS has typed a word in all CAPS which, as anyone familiar with Internet semantics knows, automatically makes it true.

LarryS, the only thing being exposed now is you exposing yourself as being a dumb shit almost on par with Freddy. I didn't lie about anything, and for me to feel embarrassed would require you and your little circle jerk partners here to be able to illicit a greater emotional reaction out of me than boredom and minor irritation.

So, let's recap some things that I have already said in prior posts that clearly need to be reiterated due to yours and Freddy's lack of reading comprehension:

1.) I said that I didn't put any urgency on that request to have it changed on the site.

2.) I never claimed to be E-Mailing them daily or begging for anything.

3.) The fact that the page in question still had my name was itself an error, as everything else had already been changed to my pseudonym.

Those are statements that I had made which all predate your post.

Let us now address your Admin's request: He requested that I have the information changed on that page within thirty days lest my doxxing claim wouldn't fly. The information was removed well within thirty days, and had it gotten close, I would have sent an E-Mail with some urgency. Since I had no immediate concern that it would not be removed within thirty days, no, I was not terribly aggressive about it.

Let's talk about the adverse action that I previously mentioned, and I will give just a little bit more detail:

There is a casino outside of Atlantic City in which I had a lucrative package of offers set up through the casino's host. Everything was fine and I was preparing to visit the casino at such time that the host Googled my name. As a result of seeing that I write about advantage play, the host in question then rescinded the offers that had been extended to me. I was not 86'ed from the property, that I know of, but there is no question the offers were killed and there is no question that is the reason why.

During that time, I had been writing under my real name rather than a pseudonym not knowing that it would come back and bite me in the ass with respect to my dealings with casinos. After it did, (which I think may have been before Freddy ever mentioned by real name on here, though I'm not sure) I requested to have the name on my writings changed to a pseudonym. My request was agreed to, except they seem to have missed that one page.

The obvious result is that all of my writings have since been credited to, 'Brandon James,' rather than to my real name.

I want you to read this and try to comprehend it: If writing under my real name had not, at some point, been a problem, then I would not have asked to write under a pseudonym prior to ever being aware of Freddy mentioning my real name here. Furthermore, I may have even asked to write under a pseudonym before Freddy, in fact, ever did mention my real name here. I wouldn't know, however, because I had not logged into this forum in several months.

In fact, in one of my LCB editorials the change of name is even mentioned, well before I appeared here for the second time. Someone pointed it out in the comments. I don't recall which editorial, but it's there, dig it up if you want to.

Additionally, I had my offers killed and was no mailed at a casino in Atlantic City, and I have absolutely no idea why. Again, I was not 86'ed, just no-mailed and had all of my offers killed. It was not for grabbing free play and not running coin because I had been running coin anytime I picked up free play. Players services obviously didn't have an answer for me, and my host there wouldn't return any of my phone calls. I could appear in person to speak with someone, but I get the impression that escalating the situation wouldn't result in anything except maybe getting myself 86'ed from the property. I don't want to do that because I may have reason to go there again anyway.

So, let's talk about the duration between my appearance here and my name being removed: It's really simple. In the last few weeks I have simply not visited any casinos at which this would be a problem. When I travel around, then it might be something that can be an imminent risk to me, but at none of the five casinos I've been to this month is it any concern. However, I could see where it might become a problem again at other casinos in the future.

That's what I've got, so you go ahead and get back to typing shit in all caps as though that automatically makes it true. When you're done with that, go ahead and go back to using words like, 'Exposed,' as though you're cutting some sort of professional wrestling promo. If you really feel it necessary, go ahead and continue to accuse me of lying without any evidence or logical reason backing up your assertion.

The final thing is that I don't want you to confuse this for any kind of meaningful emotional reaction. You guys would love that. Other than my initial post upon my return, everything in this thread has been scratching an itch that has been mildly irritating me. Like poison ivy, you know better than to scratch it, you know it could spread, but sometimes it just becomes too annoying to ignore.

I'll report any further instances of doxxing to Admin, might post in other threads (probably not) and am otherwise out.

"Exposed"...interesting word Mission/Pav/Brandon. You put it in quotes so it must be true. Like your Craigslist article? Exposed indeed. Let's have a link to the article that you are so proud of. If I wrote something like that I'd want to change my name too.

I can guarantee if WOV was a lot looser(somewhere in between here and there) the forum would be twice as lively as it is currently.

Or it could decline even further than you think it has if Mike and the owners took your any of your advice.

Getting rid of you and others who probably never play online or use their affiliate links probably doesn't affect the profits @ Wizardofvegas.com or Wizardofodds.com.

Ask yourself how many people have become members or lurkers at WOV due to the discussion here? There has been a few that I know of.

I would think this thread actually helps them make money if anything. Just look at the tittle. Anyone looking might get curious about WOV/WOO and find its much more active, many more members, much more helpful, much more information, many more features and more entertaining than this site.

Most people get sick of the ongoing bullshit that comes from a thread like this.

Having disruptive people may not be good for the gambling affiliate business. That's probably why most of them have specific rules.

But does that help the owners or Mike make more money? Will double or triple the daily posts and more members actually get people to deposit money at the online casinos? They would probably be better off if they encouraged and embraced betting systems.

At this point I think adding gambling content is the only way to get the people they really want.

Attention casinos: Be on the lookout for world renowned AP Brandon James who may infiltrate your casino and leave his player's card in high limit slot machines. Mr James has been the terror of casinos worldwide with his top secret, highly advanced method. It's been reported that this high tech AP method has even earned him a free buffet at some unsuspecting venues.

Beef up security. Protect your bottom line. Do your due diligence before he puts you out of business. A buffet today and who knows what tomorrow. He'll be Wheeling away profits.

If you see this man do not approach. The left leg of his shorts may be soaked in urine. Call HazMat immediately and vacate the area.

PokerGrinder started a WOV thread - "Grinder Backpacking Asia" and he's doing just that with up to the minute photos and commentary. It started on Jan 9th and now has 185 replies and is coming up on 7,000 views. It's a good thread that all seem to be enjoying.

Wouldn't you think manboy, the one on high, could have made one small comment? A 'good job' or an 'attaboy'...something - anything. Some small acknowledgment for keeping that otherwise boring forum fresh and interesting. Nope. Nothing until today, 3 weeks and 19 pages later, when he posts a photo of a durian. It's a smelly fruit. He only posted it because most people have never heard of it. He just posted to show everyone how smart he is.

Although he may have been dying to, manboy did not ask about prostitutes. Does that sound like the manboy we all know? Maybe he was in a bad mood.

By the way, PokerGrinder is just winging it on the fly and manages to get the point across without all the fluff and filler of say a Brandon James. His on the spot reports make the writings of Mission/Pavlov/Brandon James look juvenile, unsophisticated and inexperienced....a rank amateur. Read some of both to see the glaring difference. I hear the local Motel 6 is hiring, [Admin Edit: personal info removed as per anti-doxxing rules]. We'll leave the light on for ya.

AXEL, stick to AP. Doubling the members posting would definitely increase profits. Why ? For the same reason people slow down to watch accidents.
A series of 3 day suspensions would bring visitors back. Some of them might decide to try gambling online. People like drama.
