Last night, I was playing in a game on 888 I don't recall the buy-in/nor the GTD for It but (I think It was 1.5k), bubble was 50th, and their were 54 players left.

I was in the top 10. To my left was another in the top 10 (but he had me covered).

Can't figure out how to convert these hands (sorry all)

What should I do? GII? Fold? Call and see flop and than re-evaluate?

Players stats were 17/17 with 5%3bets over 70 hands.

Bonus question, for future, on bubble with AK should you just really think about the min cash? I mean a min cash isn't really what I was aiming for, so IMO to min cash=loss for me, yet with AK and so many players less than I in chips, I wasn't really all to eager to GII vs this player, others would've been more easier but the 5%3bet and his 17/17 range just didn't look to me to be a good spot to GII but what do you all think I should do?

ICM. (Independent Chip Model) dictates fold. Chips you win are worth less than chips you have. Your last chip is most valuable. In cash games chips are static always worth face value & blinds remain static. In tournaments chips are dynamic value always changing.
    Hope this helps.

Fold, you never can win a tournament with more than one table remaining, but you can lose it.

No one appointed you table sheriff either.

Think about your odds (really), in winning against two opponents who raised and indicated equl or better than your holding strength.

Plenty of time to win, you are not on the bubble, you need not put yourself on it or out of the event (IMHO).

i guess my question would be how has this person been playing,. what is his tendencies, and with your chip stack you had the option, risk verses reward,. plus i think you had position., he could have bluffed you off or he could have pocket pairs,. aces, kings or queens and since you said 2 was the button, that would put him in the blinds and you in a late position if i read this right,. which means he could have only been defending the blinds,. which puts another twist on this,. were you stealing a lot of blinds,. one think is for sure your stack is medium and you don't have to play the hand., i come up with the position from the 2 being the button and you raising and him re-raising, and him being in seat one. LOL

The ans is simple a fold is in order base on icm but heres the thing if u cash you can pick a better spot yo get your money in and you will have cashed already so if it doesnt work out you still have some money coming in. You will find at low priced tournies near the bubble That when people get it all in your prob way behind.
