It took me YEARS to slowly change my view regarding tipping at the casino. There are one or two small benefits in doing so.

What I dont get....tipping the dealer while playing on-line. What EXTRA can you possibly get from tipping him/her? To me, its wasted money.

    I agree with that Ken.
The online casino dealers have little to do other than spin the wheel.
They don't have to do that fun math in their head - they don't handle the payouts, all they do - literally - is spin the wheel. I don't see a need to tip for that.

Yep. There are a few dealers here (not many) where we get along quite nice. I tip well (when winning) and it works out. I can leave my chips on my bets and run to the bathroom. A couple times I even ran to the gift shop to get some snacks while my chips were in play.

Point being, what extra can the on-line dealer do for me? Nothing. I can hit the repeat bet button and go take a shit.

There is nothing negative they can really do. Lets say I was winning and winning but left no tips. What could they do to me. Its not like they can remove my bets or something. (lol)

I don't see any benefit of tipping online either but in a live game in a casino, sure. It's much more personal and you might get extra perks. If you're winning, it's a nice idea!
