Slots slot bonus error on MR Smith Casino?

    I was plasying on MEGA FORTUNE, i've never played it before so i'm not so familiar with it

    On one spin, the bonus symbol appeared on five reels, but there was no trigger of the bonus.

    Perhaps the symbols needs to be in a row ? or maybe connect in a sequence? I took a screen shot of it, can someone let me know if it should have triggered the bonus?

    I told customer service and they just told me they'd be in contact

    3 or more bonus symbols if in succession from L-R on an active bet line triggers the bonus game.
    im pretty sure urs issnt on an active betline
