Craps Place 6 & 8 for 18 each then Power Press

    Very similar to the 38 Power Press but instead we start with:
    1) 18 each on both the 6 & 8
    2) Drop 3 chips after a win and Press both the 6 & 8 to 30
    3) Continue the Power press on each dropping 1 chip after a win pressing to 66 followed by dropping 7 chips to power press 150.
