Probably starting out at Bally’s for a shoe or 2 than heading over to Hard Rock to check it out. Maybe a shoe there if baccarat is moving. Than maybe to resorts and if not, check out Ocean. I’ll finish off the night at Borgata for a couple of shoes.

My trip was almost as I planned. Started out at Bally’s, winning 91 units. Went over to Ocean to check out the place. Wasn’t in the mood to play over there. Ended the night off at Borgata with a quick session for 20 units. I am very happy with how this is working out.

Ballys still has the high-limit room and then next to it with the low ceiling the baccarat room or did they finally merge it and put it into one haven't been there for awhile?

I really call it a high limit area or space. Not much of a room. I played in the room next to it. The min for all the tables were $100. I asked a pit boss if there are any $50 tables and he told me to choose 1 to convert and I was about to play alone but the table got full a couple of minutes afterwards.

Last time I went there with my sister you walk in the one high-limit room that had a high ceiling but to the side of it which would be the Oceanside, you had to step up and it was a low ceiling and that's where all the baccarat tables were. I didn't know if it's still like that or not?

How low of a ceiling are you referring to? It’s lower than high limit but you can’t reach it unless you’re Michael Jordan.

this is turning out to be a good fun thread. Congrats on your win. I'm sure people would like to know how you do it. There's only one way I know how to accomplish what you are doing. I use something that I think is probably pretty similar. But I don't use it straight like I think you're doing. I use it as a hybrid in order to reduce the risk. So what I do is play what I call a normal game and then interject as needed so I can start it or cut it off anytime I want.

I was wondering if you mind saying what is the unit loss that would potentially end a progression. You said you have a 200 or 300 unit bankroll so I'm assuming that your Mentor didn't send you out with a progression that goes 300 units deep but gave you a progression with something like three chances so maybe your progression length if you happen to lose it would be a hundred units. Something like that.

I guess when he formulating this new strategy, he was basing it on a bankroll between 200-300 at worse case scenario. If cards are against you for a long stretch, you can actually lose it all. That’s gambling. At first in demo, he was winning 80-100 units on a good shoe and usually end up like 20-40 average. I got excited about that and did a lot of tests. I tested it on a conservative basis and on shorter play. I liked getting 20-40 units at a time and not play the whole shoe. I had a couple of losing situations where I couldn’t get out of the hole for a while so I quit that practice session. So of course there are flaws. We’ve tweaked it a lot more with stop losses and variations of bet selection. I’m actually gonna have a talk with my mentor tonight. He said he has 2 money management methods that will knock my socks off. Looking forward to it.

Oh to answer one of your questions, there’s no set unit loss to end my progression. We found that a so called stop loss after a few hands that helped tremendously and we would change up on bet selection.

Not even close to a martingale. That’s flat out doubling your bet and there is nothing close to that.

no I'm not trying to suggest it was a Martingale. what I mean is at some point the progression will lose everything so there has to be a unit loss which is the length of the progression.

Well put it this way, as of today, a month later since I started using this strategy, I have quadrupled my bankroll. If I kept playing at $5/unit and busted out my usual 220 unit bankroll, I would still be almost at triple. That’s being conservative. I’m confident enough to double my units to increase my bankroll that much more.

Bankroll for this is unit size(5,10,15, etc) x 200-300. Nothing but simplicity.

I would say that's about the rule of thumb in general. But he's talking about two to three hundred units for a progression. I take that as meaning that he has the the potential to lose the full monty.

    So I guess x 3 would mean a 600 - 1200 unit session bank by that standard.

Yes of course you could lose the whole bankroll but that would mean losing over 20 hands net. That’s something like 3-25 record. Very hard to do even if nothing is working right.
