Lounge Shopping for House #4

MisterAK currently has three homes. My primary residence is in Virginia. I have a second home at Sanibel Island, FLorida. My third residence is in San Francisco. I also keep an apartment in Denver, as I fly their frequently for business. At this time I am considering purchasing a fourth home - my fifth residence - in the Greater Las Vegas area. I am interested primarily in the South side of town so that I will have easy access to the airport. As I am single, I do not require a great deal of space. A home in the 1800 - 2400 square foot range should suffice. I have been browsing Trulia between gun shows and found several that interest me. Here's one I would like your thoughts on:

Clearly the house will need deep cleaning and refurbishing in some areas. The contractor grade tile and cabinets will have to go. Granite counter tops are a must. New fixtures for the baths. The cheap rental furniture will have to go, as will that shop-built craps table - clearly second class stuff there. I'll also need to add a pool, redesign the landscaping to my standards and a few amenities that I'm used to. A walk-in gun closet is a must. But I do not want to go overly ostentatious. I think a modest home like this, properly upgraded, might be just the thing. Please take a moment to view the photos and give me your honest opinion.

 

I see this thread was moved from the Craps Forum where it was originally posted. I play primarily in casinos north of Flamingo Avenue, and craps is my primary game. Property in the southern part of the metro Vegas area are of most interest to me. Take a look at this house and let me know what you think!

Since neither Heavy nor his alter ego MisterAK can afford the above linked house ... or maybe they just don't have the balls to pull the trigger to move to Vegas even though Heavy has been telling his customers for years he has been wanting to but he doesn't wear the pants in his family .... or he doesn't have the knowledge on how to read the real estate market and know when to jump in and out ... so maybe some of the following customers may be interested - Gary:
