Poker Can't open Black Chip Poker

    Hi Guys I've been struggling to open the Black Chip Poker software for the past 3 days. Is anyone aware of a problem? It just says "Checking for new version" and then the dialog box disappears but the software doesn't launch...

    Have you recently
    1. Installed a custom MOD, Custom playing Cards, Tables ?
    2. Switched routers, switched internet service providers ?
    3. Turned on windows defender, widows firewall , anti-virus software ?
    4. Started playing on a new PC or Laptop ?
