PressIt..... I am certain that Mr. Scoblete addressed the fate of The woman known as The Arm, in his books, or perhaps it was in articles, he explained that many years prior to her death she was stricken with crippling artheritis which ended her dice shooting days.

That is not MY argument. You are changing MY argument into something that I would tend to agree with. Yes, if you were winning "MILLIONS" from one or 2 casinos, yes you would be banned.
But unless your regular family income is "millions" i was not talking about that figure. If someone is making 120K a year including salaries and benefits...why couldnt they make that from the casinos? Split over a few of them? Or make 250k from many casinos throughout the country and overseas. It wont bring attention if you take 30k from a casino over the course of a year.There is no reason you have to stay with local casinos? Daddy can take various "business trips" throughout the year. ONly an idiot with a method that produces "consistent wins" would concentrate on just 2 or 3 casinos. Smart people with a consistent win method would be all over vegas, atlantic city, connecticut, carribean islands. reno. Spreading the pain to many casinos.
Again, you dont need to take "MILLIONS", rather just enough to make a nice comfortable living. Just enough to quit your day job and give yourself a raise by making 10 percent more than you would punching the time clock. Not millions more...just 10 percent more after expenses. Or 20 percent more....hell with consistent winnings you can set that percentage by increasing bankroll and betting increments.

I've written about my bannings. I have also written about why I got too greedy and it ultimately cost me.

Harley, when you said you went "womanizing" with Howard, even after meeting his wife, were you stating that you and he went looking for (and maybe finding) women for him to cheat with?

Is Howard coming forward to agree with you?

 

Some excellent recent posts on this thread, particularly from Mark V, LarryS and Superrick... posts that are short on mindless name-calling and long on logic, reason and intelligence. Keep up the good work, dudes! Keep us thinkin out of the rut...

Holy Crap ... I step away from this thread for awhile and the same non-craps question above happens 10 times no way that happens unless it is personal so let's look at maybe why Frank is so interested in my use of the one word "womanizing" in conjunction with Howard Rock n' Roller ...

1st - a little background ... let's go back to last year before Frank's book is published. Howard is over at my house tossing the bones telling me about Frank's new Tell-All book coming out this next year. Howard tells me he is concerned about what his old friend Frank may have to say about him ..... so I ask Howard what is he worried about ?

Howard goes on to explain to me that since 2008 when he left GTC, Frank has never talked to him once even though Howard has reached out to Frank several times to mend the bridges. On the other hand, Howard has talked to Dom several times and Dom has even invited Howard back to join GTC on an exclusive basis, but Howard said he preferred the free agency style of teaching dice. (SIDEBAR - this seems to me to contradict the relationship between Howard and Dom as portrayed by Frank Scoblete on page 146 of Frank's new book as well as in the last chapter)

Howard then tells me that Frank always used to call him a "womanizer" and he is afraid he may put that in the book .... I explained to Howard that "womanizer" is a very vague term - so what do you mean ??

Howard explains that he believes Frank was always jealous about how the girls seemed to gravitate to him in the casinos, yet Frank was always helping the situation by introducing Howard to other women as a "celebrity" and bragging about him in front of the women .... So Frank - I ask you:

Now let's roll forward to 2015 and Frank's book is published .... Frank says he will name names in his tell-all book, but let's look at page 151 and 152 (SIDEBAR - page 152 is in the next post because this message board has a "1 picture per post Mad Professor limitation" to prevent the Mad Professor from sucking up internet space with his useless pictures) ....... go down to the last paragraph:



Those of us that know enough facts to fill in the blanks know Frank is talking about Howard - especially when you see what is said on the next page (below) .... so Frank - why didn't you "name" Howard Rock n' Roller as the married GTC instructor with children ? ... that fell out of favor as you so aptly described on pages 145 and 146 (the bunter) - that Howard is the "celebrity" - Per Howard's bio on this site:

Now to Frank's insisted query:

Frank - There is a Bro Code that most of us live by -- and you evidently live by it also because you did not mention Howard's name at all on pages 151 and 152 in your tell-all book that was supposed to name names .... I am single and I do not care to "play and tell" or else no one married would ever go out with me again for fear of what I may say that may get back to their significant other .... Now that being said, I live in Vegas and pretty much anything goes in Vegas and everyone knows that ...... for instance, on occasion I would invite one of the Ladies of Las Vegas to come over and be a topless StickLady while we played craps .... Howard was always inquiring as to when my special StickLadies were going to be over and if any of them looked like the hotties from his Florida beaches that are in his phone's camera

At the end of the day, Howard is a "big boy" and he can make his own decisions with what he wants to do with his own time ..... he needs no help from me except with his table manners and betting, but you probably already know that

Sorry, Harley, your post made no sense. You will note that I did not name any of the six "seven-outs" or most others with handles in the book. I never called Howard a "womanizer" --- ever. Howard was always Howard to me and the six seven-outs are their own group. It is interesting that you try to tie Howard to a section of the book dealing with "womanizing." You are using the term "womanizing" in regards to Howard, I'm not. Harley, what an awful thing to say that I brought women to Howard. I never brought women to Howard, ever (my wife the Beautiful AP would kill me if I did something like that), and I never introduced him to women or called him a celebrity so he could bed someone. I don't know why you are making up this stuff.

You are tying strings together that have nothing to do with each other. Harley, you are creating some kind of fictional conspiracy theory that you think others will believe (well, maybe your friends will again jump in here to support you). You must have spent hours going through my book trying to weave this web of yours. I feel bad for you.

Let me take one example: I wrote that the six "seven-outs" were former students. Howard was never a former student. He was a partner. I write about him elsewhere in the book.

I also feel bad that instead of just apologizing for lambasting Howard and calling him a name, instead you tell stories about Howard desiring to see topless girls in your apartment. You are throwing your married friend under the bus. You call him a womanizer (along with yourself) and now you want to smear him with this topless "ladies of Vegas" thing.

As far as Howard and Dom? He can have any relationship he wants with anyone he wants. Evidently, you are his friend (or were his friend) but you've tried to position his head under the bus's tires.

Harley, just apologize to Howard. Do it right here; right now, so that if his wife were ever to read this she would know that you said something you shouldn't have said about things that never happened. Live up to your "Bro Code" young man.

No apologies on my behalf are needed - I did nothing wrong except tell the truth ... well, that is for the stories that I did post -- I left out plenty including the time Howard was looking at nude pictures of my ex-wife while a craps student of his was on the clock being charged for a craps lesson. I understand you have a beautiful wife Frank, but Howard says my ex-wife is more beautiful than yours I guess I should explain to those that do not know me that my ex-wife was featured as a cover girl on a monthly magazine and as the centerfold model on a fold-out calendar and Howard was reading the "article" ... nothing to apologize for that on my part

Frank - you could clarify the vague situation you wrote on pages 151 and 152 of your new book if you just told the truth and name names like you promised. In fact you owe the whole world an apology for false advertising and telling us a falsehood when you started a thread on this board on March 6th:

On the patrick board there is this old man..Frank Stanton(he uses his real name as his handle) who for 2 decades talks about a "flaw" in BJ that no one knows about that he discovered, and only 10 other people know about....casinos dont even know, and he wont divulge it to keep the casinos from reacting to it. OBVIOUSLY HE IS A NUTCASE.....who just wants attention. He wants people to beg him "frank tell us about "the flaw""

I sense the same thing now is happening with this "CAPTAIN".

The other frank basking in the glow of the attention similarly.

It seems everyone in the world gave the captain their promise that they would never divulge his name even after death. No one at his funeral overhead people refering to him as "captain". Its a very closely held top secret.

It seems whoever he met along the way in his life, he would take them by the hand, look them in the eye, and say "promise me that even after I die, please please please do not divulge my name"....and even someone who just met him or learned his identity would promise on their life. Maybe he hypnotized them. Maybe he was like spock on Star Trek and did a "mind meld" and forced them to keep the secret.

 

Harley, Harley, please, apologize to your friend Howard for the awful stories you are spreading about him. Admit these stories are not true but totally made up by you.

You’ve already called Howard a womanizer; you've already said he came to your place to watch stick-women be topless; you’ve even speculated that he and his wife might have an open marriage. Now you say he was ogling nude pictures of your beautiful ex-wife in some magazine that has nude pictures of women.

When are you going to stop spreading these fictions? Man up and apologize for all the things you've written that aren't true.

Harley, what if Howard’s wife were to read these fictions you are writing? What if she thought these fictions were true? It would break this lovely woman’s heart. How can you blithely do this to two decent people who you claim are friends?

Come on, do the right thing. Apologize to Howard right now.

I met Frank Stanton many years ago in AC. He is a former member of the US Airforce. He was pretty old then so I would guess he is in his 80s now.
He is an acolyte of John Patrick.

I found Mr Stanton to be a nice man. He has a strongly held a belief that there is a FLAW in basic strategy that resulted in a math error when basic strategy was developed with cakculators. His opinion is his opinion and noone has been able to disabuse him of it over the years, but he is 100% wrong. He fails to take into account that BS has been calculated over and over in the intervening years including calculations on modern computers
