Hey, Everyone I created an account with Bovada a few months back. I ended up turning 100.00 into 18.5K in 2 months on tennis. I got pretty good at it and learned how to play the odds. When I created my account my screen was pretty much shattered so some of my info was no correct. I emailed them and lice chatted them about updating my information. My birthday was entered incorrect and I want to cash out but needed to have it corrected. so here's where it starts.

On July 4th I sent them my Drivers License with all information matching my account to verify my birthdate correction. They told me to send it to that department of bovadas email. I have gotten a response that it will be fulfilled within 72 hours. So 4 days pass and I email them again they respond by saying there backed up. So I asked them how long it will take they said to patiently wait. 2 More days go by and I resend my Id and they respond and say this time 24-48 hours. well 2 more days go by and nothing. so I emailed them again and they Sid they never received the first email even though they responded and gave me an case number. Well I keep emailing them and they keep saying the same thing that there's no estimate when it will be changed and for me to keep waiting. Its now been 14 days and they said no more than 72 hours. Now there saying that was an estimate and I just have to keep waiting and they won't give me an answer.

How long am I suppose to wait?? is there anything I can do? I would like to make it known that there a bad sketchy company after this. This is horrible customer service and I feel like there trying to scam me or come up with reasons to prevent me from obtaining my winnings. I have sent them my Id 3 times and even live chatted them and its the same thing. They even said to can be expedited or any faster and to just keep waiting....Its starting to become really frustrating any advice or tips would help! thanks Brad

Doesn't sound good, good luck with getting any money out of them. Why don't you get your screen fixed, and try access the site like you originally did?

If your are $18k up, why don't you hire a lawyer, no win no pay....

I got my screen fixed and then changed all my information correctly. Can they legally keep my from my winnings? I sent them my Actual Id. I have access to the site and can still bet and everything they just won't change my Birthdate.

At the end of the day, they can do anything they like, like find any excuse not to pay, such as entering the incorrect details DoB. . Just hang tight...

How long should I wait. If they gave me a 3 day estimate and now its going on 16 days. At this point they have no intentions of changing the Date of Birth.

Should I request a payout and send them the email Assigned Case number for the Id date change. I doubt a date of birth can keep them from paying me, especially if I sent them my Id 3 times and they keep making excuses.

Doesn't sound good at all. $18k is a lot of money for them to hand over. Is their a phone support number, if not contact a lawyer...

Yes there is phone support. But every time I email them they say the same thing that there not part of that department. That I have to kindly keep waiting and there's no estimate. I can call them and see what they say bu I befits going to be the same BS. There happy to accept my money with no verification but they will do anything to keep me from cashing out. I will send them whatever documents they require. Can they keep telling me to wait legally? should I spam the Id with multiple emails?

$18k and they will look for any excuse not to pay. Incorrect DoB and you have given them the an excuse.
You might have got paid if it was a few 100. Good luck I hope you get paid, but you might have to put it down to experience, it's not your money until you have it in your hand, if that helps...

BTW - Document absolutely everything, because if you don't get paid, start posting it everywhere.... damage their reputation.
