I've always had an affinity of FLD rather than OLD.

Some shoes just wanna give you a hard time.



I did manage to make a few units from that, probably due to coming in late, after spotting 7 virtual losses, then decided to play it.

However, I'm not surprised I struggled but still won via sheer will power and guts, after I noticed the dealer.

 

Here are a few more notable shoes from a few hours ago.

Nice FLD shoe, but I wasn't playing FLD, so I post it for all those that like streaky shoes, I love them too, but they never told me in advance and once you are a groove!! There was no way I wanted to put myself in the situation of "why the fuck did I change", which would have been the case it it went choppy.



The longest streak of the session, again did me no favours.




Another mad shoe, 10 chops, a double then another 5 chops. When I spotted those 10 chops, I came in and switched to my template based FLD, fuck-me (I survive these type of nightmare shoes, by simply extending my session and grinding things back, been there done that).





Look at this crazy shit, one of the longest perfect (shoe reversing on itself) symmetrical patterns, spanning 28 hands (ignoring ties). I got sucked into it while waiting for other events.

Finally achieved my win, 3 x low value bets all lost, followed by 3 x high value bets LLW.



With my higher chip value Labby string something like 33468, I eventually regained my composure and re-wrote those values into 2 x strings of 2's and progressed from there. Occasionally getting hit, but overall reduced it to 1-1-1-1-1, then 1-1-1 then converted those to lower chip value strings to protected myself from any unforeseen blow-outs.

Anyway, all's well that ends well, after grinding away for the last few days and dropping a lot today, I did finally manage to recover the unfortunate and unexpected draw-down and ended with a small profit. Now I have unwound, I'll be back into things shortly

I said it before and I'll say it again, the anti-streaks is a solid style of play but can be hella volatile in the short and even the medium term. It ain't something ya can dabble in, it's a serious thing, hey hey.

 

Here is a shoe for Soxfan, I actually lost £3 playing this beast of a shoe (LOL).

It was doing my head in, 2 x N9's to the P, followed by 7, then 2 x N8's, it felt like the P was endlessly getting a big score straight off the bat.

The streaks signature ain't unusual but those are a lotta high score, very unusual, hey hey.

Dead easy looking back, but those 3 singles (1st of the P run) doesn't put you on FLD at all. Also like each time thee was a tie it either tripled or doubled.

Bastard thing, one of my triggers is wait for 6 and go "AS". By the time the P hit six it was already 9 hands no Banker, which eventually turned up after 17 bloody hands. I actually made betting "AS", 3 lower unit bets, then a switch to higher level betting a rush of blood cos' I had just given back practically all I had made in the day, but a 40u bet, sealed the deal. Fucked if it went the other way, but it didn't. Against those long runs I usually hedge the Tie, because I've noticed it's unusual to get a clean long run with no Ties.

To easy to say I should have ran with it, it was a choppy shoe, a few bet selections would have put me on it, such as DBL, but the respected nemesis show up mroe frequently than runs like that. Anyway, it was emotional, but ended well, thankfully

 

Just finished my morning / afternoon session, unwinding a bit before my evening one

Damn, I was playing a shoe and only 5 units from my goal, then bam, shit happens when you are so close, doubly frustrating when the it felt like th4e opposing side was forever hitting 9 or promoting to 9 when only 1 freaking card out of 13 would do that. Gave back all of this morning disciplined grind. So switch to a more aggressive mode.

Whoosh, right back in it, goal reached, continued playing, bit of FLD, quit the shoe half way through, rather than quit at +50, stopped at +62.

Here is an interesting statistical shoe played earlier.

I post this, because I know of a few players who will look back at previous streaks lenghts and not bet the next hand when a similar streak occurs later in the shoe?? My stance is, if you're playing something like FLD, then you stay on the streak until it ends, prior streak length endings mean diddly squat, if you don't fancy it, then drop to the table minimum, because you just don't know. Anyway I don't play FLD or any of those common bet selection options, but wanted to throw that in.

We all should know, there should be twice as many streaks of 3 vs' 4's. 4's vs 5's and so on, the kinda of info that in all honesty is not applicable to any single shoe.

I'm doing my thing and I become aware of all the streaks ending at 4, with no 3 streaks. Anyway after the 5th Banker streak of 4, I put out a feeler bet for it to go to 5 and lost. So now I'm looking at 6 streaks of 4 (green marker), thinking this is statistically odd, so I bet again for the P4 streak of go to five, which it did. I generally don't jump on streaks, once they have started, either your on them or your not. Bingo.

Then at the end of the shoe, a couple of streaks of 3 manifested. If you're not betting every hand and looking for triggers, 6 - 0 for streaks of 4 and nil for streaks of 5, worth a punt.



Anyway, my goal for the weekend was target achieved, plus an extra 50%, can't understate patience and composure

 

The thing about monster streaks, is that you have to be there at the right / wrong time, to win or get hit.

I noticed this and would have been all over it (I wasn't playing a the time), considering I table hop in-between shoes, suffice to say, this would have hurt significantly.

As I would have bet against after 6 Bankers. But I missed it and it is not something you see every day, within your session period. So too bad casino, you didn't get me

That banco run would have caused a lot of heartache at Gentings, one off from the super egalite pay off, it's sitting at £14 thou' . Not had a straight banco streak of 12 in last 12 to 16 weeks

Wasn't on the first streak, but was on the first hand of second Bank streak and reverted to FLD from there. then back to "AB". That shoe saved my ass from a heap of would be "AB" losses (4 of them), I'm running into far too many Row failures and hardly any column failures. Struggling, but getting there, a nice 'no conditions attached' £100 bonus was apprecaited, then they sent me a survey, yeah right....

Why am I swearing? Cos' if fuckin' stung. Why I finally won that Banker bet, all it did was cancel the last lost (didn't put enough on). Dropped 60u against that freak bastard, recovered 30u the next shoe. Guess it's going to be a long night, cos I still want my goal, even though I'm still up 20u
