like I say in your profile area nobody ever ask you to get involved in disputes between members

I am asking if you remove some my posts that I ask for removing so I keep good for legal reasons but still explain what I need about scam. is my posts not anybody elses

nobody is asking you to be involved in between members

or is it the case you dont care what members wants then once a member posts something you will never let them remove or edit it?

We do not remove posts or allow edits in order to ensure members can't "rewrite history" by going back and trying to change what they said. This is particularly important in a Gambling Forum where outlandish claims are common and credibility is important.

To use an extreme example, imagine someone posts a Lottery prediction on Day 1 and then waits for the winnings numbers to come out on Day 2 and then goes back and edits their previous post so they can start claiming they correctly predicted the numbers. Or they ask to remove their wrong prediction so it doesn't impact their credibility.

If you need to add/clarify any information in one of your posts, you can just quote it and clarify it in a new post.

This maintains the integrity of the posts and members' words so that what everyone sees is precisely what was said at the time the message was posted.

We are stricter than other communities because we hold our members to a higher standard when it comes to their credibility. This also ensures our uncensored nature doesn't get abused.

Note that we do allow 5 minutes to edit posts to fix any typos, grammar, etc.

Im not talking anything like lotto predictions this is different matter which is legal

for legal reason I am requesting to remove some my posts or edit them

to requote the post does not remove contents do you understand this?

the publisher is the owner of their posts not you this is the law

in this case are you still refuse to remove any of my contents I ask?

if you refuse then all legal responsibility comes to you. do you understand?

you are not understanding this situation
it is about more than copyright

you are hosting contents. you are responsible for what is here. is it my website or yours?

part of responsibility for contents is for person who post
then when this person wants to fix a possible legal problem like defamation and constant financial loss they can seek removing contents

then if the admin refuse to remove, then admin is fully aware and responsible for contents then. this is all your website. understand now?

I read the terms and it says I am copyright owner but like I say already this is not only about copyright

If you want to keep contents on the forum when I ask to remove, then you are responsible for legal consequence because is all your website. Do you understand now?

you want rights to keep, then you get consequence of keeping. understand?

if you wanna fight to keep contents that other people find do them financial damage it is your responsibility

you are refusing to remove anyting I ask

do you agree to accept this responsibility?

No, because it is not our responsibility. Our terms are clear in this regard.

We will not respond further to this thread as our position has been made clear and there is nothing further for us to add.

if someone take you to court to sue you not a member, you gonna say to judge you are not responsible for contents on your website? your website

then if theres court order to remove contents, you gonna say it is not your responsibility and then keep it?

    you need to check laws

once you are aware of contents like defamation and you do not remove, you are the liable one

I officially ask you remove all my posts because they contain parts may be consisdered defamation. They are not according in my view. in my view they are valid complains about scam but stil I ask them you to remove them

you have now been told. you are now aware. you are now responsible. the law is if you dont remove all my posts then you are responsible

if you dont understand or accept responsibility judge dont care is your problem

It is going to be very expensive to take the admin person of this web-site to court :D:D:D

They are out of reach of USA jurisdiction

I am now going to read all your posting history :D:D:D
