    Ken,

It's cumulative. Meaning the player is playing off and on over a few or several days.

Surely everyone realizes that there's no difference between playing all 42 hours consecutively verses playing 42 hours off and on over a week or two.

Ok I got that but do you agree with it? Does the math seem correct?

That chart is nonsense - whoever made it should probably study the game (and math) a bit more lol

Ok, the full explanation wasn't posted - just the photo.
Now that I looked it up and got the details - the chart is right.

""Calculations for the probability of losing at roulette are based on the following assumptions:

    1. The player makes a single bet on either black or red on each spin of the wheel (at the player’s discretion).
    2. The roulette wheel is spun 50 times per hour.""
    http://www.uh.edu/engines/epi2418.htm

If it was meant to just say "in general this will happen" then of course the chart is BS - but with the actual info used to make the chart, yes it's about right.

Agreed - not sure how many people realize that though - when you see all the methods based on "win x amount and leave the casino until next time" or "wait for a trigger and then bet" or "play x number of spins" because you can play for 48 hours straight and you'll end up the same as the guy who plays 1 spin each visit for his lifetime lol.
I suppose the more you break "the total" into sections, the slower you lose.
If you're using something that wins, you leave the casino when you feel like it - you'll be in profit - the method or system won't have to dictate when you leave.
But I digress, most people don't understand that.

Ok thanks. I saw it on Bing Images, didn't bother getting more info on it. That chart is "in general terms". I have played for 12 hours straight and left with 16K (net)......but not according to the chart (lol).

    Ken,

You've just experienced a little luck here and there, while betting on the inside. I'm sure you've had more losing sessions than winning ones.

On the outside, most of the bets are net losers after 5k spins on the double zero wheel.

If any method can beat roulette,it will win on the out side as well as the inside, unless u find a wheel with lucky numbers, theres only been one system! thats beat it so far,if it was me i would try and work on something similar.
