We are looking for hot wheel's sectors within the last 11 spins.
If during this time an 11 number sector gets 5 hits or more it would become our target.

    Conditions met before you bet

Within last 11 spins (on rotating basis) an 11 number sector gets 5 hits or more and at least 1 of the sector's numbers has 2 hits or more.
In the rare case where 2 different 11-sectors have equal amount of hits then choose the one which has only 1 dominant number , if this is also the same, check which dominant number hit more recently and pick that.
If there is a sector with only 1-hitters don't bet, wait for the proper conditions.

Meeting the required conditions isn't that difficult, you won't wait more than 3 spins and most of the time you will have non-stop betting opportunities.

    Betting plan

Beginning from the center of your targeted sector put 6 units on that number, place 5 units on its left and right adjacent neighbors, moving outwards put 4 chips on the 2nd pair of neighbors from the center, place 3 units on the third pair from the center, 2 units on the next pair of neighbors and finally 1 chip on each number of the outest pair.
    Here is an example:

    27x2oab.jpg

A total of 36 units on 11 numbers, it's flat for maximum 36 spins, thus 36 * 36 = 1296 which is the bankroll required.
Although total units are not being subject to increasing and decreasing, total numbers to bet vary depending on bet levels.

    Bet level 1

It's like on the image and you are looking for a net profit within 6 spins.
For example if you begin with 2 lost bets which means 2*36= -72 units and on the third time you hit a number with 2 units on it, then your count must restart from 0.

It's easier to consider every loss as -1 and when you win will be one of the following: +1 or +2 or +3 or +4 or +5 or +6.
Therefore when you have -6 it is when bet level 1 concludes and the next begins.

    Bet level 2

Remove the two outer numbers which had 1 unit each and put these 2 units on the central number, thus now it has 6+2=8 units on it.
When you achieve a net profit or -2 it is when bet level 2 ends and the next begins.

    Bet level 3

Remove the two outer numbers which had 2 units each and put these 4 units on the central number, thus now it has 8+4=12 units on it.
When you achieve a net profit or -4 it is when bet level 3 ends and the next begins.

    Bet level 4

Remove the two outer numbers which had 3 units each and put these 6 units on the central number, thus now it has 12+6=18 units on it.
When you achieve a net profit or -6 it is when bet level 4 ends and the next begins.

    Bet level 5

Remove the two outer numbers which had 4 units each and put these 8 units on the central number, thus now it has 18+8=26 units on it.
When you achieve a net profit or -8 it is when bet level 5 ends and the next begins.

    Bet level 6

Remove the two outer numbers which had 5 units each and put these 10 units on the central number, thus now it has 26+10=36 units on it.
If you achieve a net profit well done, but if you lose -10 it is when game is over because you depleted your bankroll.

The principle behind the betting mechanism

A ''hot'' number which belongs to a ''hot'' wheel's sector most likely is going to hit at least once again within 36 spins.
Even if it wouldn't you could still win by its active neighbors.

I'd be glad to reply your questions and/or recommendations.
